The apartment is spacious, well furnished, and clean. There is absolutely everything one could need, and the location is excellent: central and yet quiet. We got a special offer and stayed in an apartment at the price of an inexpensive hotel room. The staff was awesome. As usual in that part of Europe, it was impossible to make the rooms really dark and there was no bidet in the bathroom. |

Nice apartment and lots of room to our family (2 adults and three little children). Good kitchen utilities. Stairs to the third floor are very difficult if you have buggies with you. Also the stairs are very steep so a bit dangerous for the children. No elevator. |

the apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable, ideal for what we were looking for ( trip for three days in brussels) there was no shampoo (just a drop of soap) in the bathrooms, but I think it was a little mistake, because the rest was very well organized and we find everything what we needed |

Very clean with modern facilities. Huge apartment. Big kitchen area and modern bathroom and toilet facilities. Plenty of hot water. Easy lift access directly into the apartment. Tv with most European stations. Would have liked a pair of oven gloves! |

Size of room Yes apon arrival they charged me for my 8 & 10 years old to stay in the room with us even though it advertises sleeps 4, charged 20 euro's night per child or $80 Euro about $120 dollars extra for the 2 nights, why more water use, no that was not the case since it was all cold, manager recommended leaving it on after an hour we gave up and skipped the shower. |

The apartment was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The apartment was absolutly lovely and fully equiped. It was based right in the centre of town so it was really handy. They provided detailed information on the city and surrounding areas and also provided info on the transport and other info that only locals would know. Very highly reccommended. The beds were two single beds and one of them was a bit dodgey. |

The staff was very kind, waiting for me two hours after the agreed arrival time. The apartment was really huge, very clean, every furniture was new, free wi-fi, nice tv with dvd player, big rooms, 3 bathrooms.The location was perfect: just 30 meters away from "Manneken pis", 100 away from Grand Place and near the reception office. The bedrooms were very quiet. The only issue, being the apartment in a closed to traffic road, was parking, but you can easily find places in the surrounding streets (free from saturday evening to monday morning) |

Convenient location, facility for family, clean. We come at later afternoon (after 6PM), and found that the office has already closed. The good thing is that we called its emergency number, and a very friendly young lady came soon. |

arrived at 9;45 pm...nobody at the office. called emergency number and was told to wait 20 minutes. they arrived and checked me in - after charging me 30 euro for a late check-in!!!!! internet ad says late for for after 10 pm...clerk insisted that i checked in after 10 pm so she had to charge me, evene though she was the one not in the office when i arrived!!!! |
