This is not a hotel, it's a simple house, should not be in the site as a hotel. The staff doesn't speak english neither french, and keeps talking in flamish all the time, even after I've said I didn't speak that language. I didn't find anything that was described as the hotel features, like pool and etc. Don't let yourself be seduced by words, it's just a very simple house. Even Etap is better!! |

Le calme et le cadre. L'accueil sympathique et les efforts de communication en Anglais et Français pour un non néerlandophone anglais nécessaire. L'absence de restauration sur place pour le soir. |

Gezellige ontvangst. Compleet ontbijt met een goede koffie. Goed gevulde minibar op de kamer. Rustige ligging. Juiste prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. De badkamer (zonder ligbad) vond ik een beetje klein maar dat mocht voor een nacht de pret niet drukken. |

Vriendelijkheid van de hotel uitbaters. Gedienstigheid en betrokkenheid met de gasten. Warm ontvangst. Er was niemand aan het onthaal bij aankomst. De receptie was rommelig en niet te erkennen als onthaal balie. Sommige kamers roken naar nicotine. Weinig frisse lucht binnen in de kamers en gebouw. |

Zeer goed onthaal en informatieverstrekking, de kamers zijn zeer luxueus voor de prijs. De ligging is prima om mooie en verschillende fietsroutes te rijden nabijheid van fietsknooppunten. Ook het ontbijt was verzorgd. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. |

Rustig gelegen in de nabijheid van fietsknooppunten waardoor dit hotel een thuishaven is voor fietstoeristen. Het hotel is centraal gelegen tussen Genk, Maasmechelen en Maasstricht zodat een uitstap naar deze steden gemakkellijk is. Het ontbijt is ruim voldoende en de minibar op de kamer is een opsteker. Tip :De minibar mag uitgebreid worden met een versnappering zoals nootjes of kleine hap |
