These are appartments, so you have not only the bedroom, but also a small kitchenette; the appartment also has some additional equipment. There are laundry facilities (self-service washing machine and tumble dryer) in reasonable prices. A big shop (Aldi) just nearby. Big parking. They make sure you can get into the residence by sending you entry codes by email.

This hotel looks as it needed some refreshment and better maintenance. No light in the dark end of the corridor where our room was (the receptionist told us it is complicated to get it fixed as it must be approved by senior management, as much as I could understand); socket for cable Internet in the room taken out (I.E. not present; WiFi is only available at the lobby); bulb in the desk lamp in the room not working, fridge situated in a way that the door from its freezer cannot open. The appartment is small. For one night, it is absolutely ok.

Good apartment facilities for short stay with fridge, microwave, even washing up liquid. Functional Handy supermarket opposite adjacent to the station

double sofa bed was a bit like sleeping on board ship when one's partner turned over. Small, pillows and only one each. One single blanket on bed was cold in mid-winter.

I liked very much having a little kitchenette so i could make my own breakfasts and a simple supper.

The rooms were roomy, functional, clean and tidy. Had most things to need to be self catering.

Internet was slow and a pain from time to time.

Very comfortable place in a nice area of the town. There was a beautiful all church we could see from the window of the apartment.

The manager disappeared as soon as he gave us the key to the place. He made no attempt to see if we got into the room ok or that supplies like towels were there. We had a hard time opening the door with there key and luckily stumbled across where the extra towels were.

Close to the train station, 1 train station from Luxembourg and at good price.

I got late in the night and I did not have cel phone, so I had some trouble to get the key.

It was close to amenities

I booked a superior double room but only had a sofa bed. The sofa bed was noisy and uncomfortable. The shower head was broken. There was sticky red sweetie marks on the bed covers. The kitchen lacked full size tea/coffee cups.

Capacious, clean and neat apartment at just a few minutes walk from the railway station and the city center. The ‘Église st. Martin’ is very beautiful and you have a splendid view over the countryside from the ‘Sq Elisabeth’. I just stayed one night, but would have loved to stay longer.

It's not really a hotel, it's more an apartment. But you can rent it as a hotel, that's great. As a young couple you can cook for each other, in the kitchen on the room. There is a cooking plate, microwave and dishwasher. And the Aldi supermarket is at the doorstep.

The hotel is apart, as the name already say. We see only one member of the staff. That's the receptionist, but he was there only a short time. The locks and code system for the doors are a bit unhandy, but OK.

Cleanlines, facilities and it is good for family with young and small children.

Great new hotel. Room as small appartment very new and clean. Little kitchen with everything in even dishwasher ! at the side of the hotel 2 supermarkets ( Aldi and an other one ) if you want to cook yourself otherwise plenty of restaurants in Arlon to eat. Very good value for money, very helpful staff ( Marc ) We will be back !

If you have the choice, choose the bigger room with bedroom appart as the sofa bed from studio is a bite hard..

Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The price and location for the station were good and only 10min walk into town.

The sofa bed was rather hard for comfort and difficult to fold away when in your late 70'S. Arriving just before dark we found getting in difficult but were luckily helped by other residents to access the rear door..

Ligging Kitchenette

Hebben kitchenette niet kunnen gebruiken door aan stroomonderbreking. Het personeel heeft daar niets over gezegd, zelfs geen sorry voor het ongemak.

Günstige Lage, auch für Besuche in Luxembourg. Möglichkeit der Selbstversorgung mit Küchenzeile und gegenüberliegendem Supermarkt ist gut.

Ich hatte vorab späte Anreise angegeben und erhielt auch am Tag vor der Abreise einen Eingangscode und Informationen. Als ich in der Nacht im Hotel ankam, stellte ich fest, daß mir der Code für den Tresor fehlte, in dem mein Zimmerschlüssel deponiert war. Leider hatte ich die SMS nicht bekommen und mußte so spät in der Nacht noch bei der angegebenen Telefonnr. anrufen. Die Dame sprach nur französisch. Letztendlich hat es dann aber funktioniert. Es war sehr kalt im Zimmer und roch unangenehm nach Essen.

La porte d’accès arrière (donnant sur le parking) non fermées car forcée/cassée. Le portail du parking non fermé la nuit (confirmé par téléphone par l’hôtel) alors que nous en avions fait un critère de choix essentiel car nous voyageons en 2 roues (j'ai été vérifier à 1h00 du matin). Le lit.... qui est en fait une banquette convertible, donc literie assez mince, et gros grincement du mécanisme en fer...

La possibilité d'avoir de vrais lits individuels.

Certains appareils d'éclairage ne fonctionnent pas Lorsque j'ouvre le réfrigérateur, je ne peut pas ouvrir le freezer.

ontvangst, ontbijt erg karig en na 10 min wachten sleutel op de balie gelegd bij uitchecken omdat er niemand was.

mogelijkheid om met 4 personen in een kamer te verblijven supermarkt om de hoek, om zelf ontbijt klaar te kunnen maken

te klein, het lukte niet om de tafel met vier stoelen te zitten geen personeel aanwezig om vragen te beantwoorden zoals geen toiletpapier vaatwasser kapot harde bedden, dunne fleecedekens
