Made booking online after calling hotel and obliged to do so. Once at the door, no-one at reception, no code. So no key, second tourist arrived, same story. Looked for help, no help. Phoned three emergency numbers, finally found help. Security guy found booking but receptionist didn't prepare keys, so security guy gave me a code to open a box with roomkeys, after giving him all my private bankdata (inclusive cvs!!! while hiding in the hotel laundry to make nobody hear my codes!!), then went to the room (more than an hour later): door could be opened only halfway, three cockroaches came to say hello, no soap in the shower, no chairs at table of kitchenette, no toiletpaper, after having chased the flies (november!) we found out the awesome state of the microwave, refrigerator and plates, which reduced our appetite to a minimum for a while. Strange stains on floor of room and in front of door of room, strange smell in room, no wifi... next day I went downstairs to talk about situation: manager of hotel got a nervous breakdown, yelled at me asking me to stop talking, said he didn't believe me and that I had to stop making fuzz (while waving with hands and arms and making big circles in the air) and finally obliged the secretary to pay our money back.... No sorry, no nothing. Adventure guaranteed in this hotel!
