- Close to Gare du Nord, Rogier place, Covent Garden building - nice kitchen and clean, comfortable room, with good WiFi (separate for each room) - basically not noisy (OK, there was some reconstruction in the neighbourhood in those days, but this may be not usual) - 65 EUR/night is optimal in this area. - To climb to the 4th floor...so You better be young with less luggage and go up just once a day 8-) - do not be surprised if they answer in French while you've asked them in English, but translate4you.eu will help you ;-) (locally they speak English, so no problem)

A small, clean appartment, very well located (close to Gare du Nord railway station as well as to Rogier metro station). Well equipped - all one may need for either shorter or longer stay. Friendly owners.

Great location, good amount of space, quiet at night. Those steps are quite steep, probably no good for the elderly or very young children although our 8 year old didn't have a problem.

Value for money. Centrally located. Well equipped. The steep stairs did not bother me. The noisy neighborhood did not bother me. Neither did the entrance through the sex shop. But the fact that a fellow traveler that entered my room at 21.00 did bother me. Never thought running FOUR apartments without messing up regularly (see other reviews) would be too difficult for a person. I will not come back nor, for that matter, suggest Appartbrussels to my friends.

Location was very good for me just a few steps from Rogier. One when I came to my room there was a man sleeping on bed. My luggage was packed by staff and stored at reception. It was incredible! Later they realized that they checked-out me by mistake inspite of the fact that the room was pre-paid untill the next day. I was really amaized how they can touch my luggage without me.

The location is very good. Close to the railway station and close to the centre of Brussels. No elevator. The stairs are absolutely horrible. If you stay here you must have a minimum of luggage. Don't even think about it if you are of a certain age.

The location The apartment is located on top of erotic shop located on street full of similar shops. At night it's always noisy. People screaming. Police cars. Ambulance passing. In addition the the people on top apartment foot steps and sound traveled to us all the time. The stairs are so steep for going up and down not to mentioned if you have luggage.

Location, Space, Well equipped kitchen No elevator, in fact it was a nightmare for me to take my full size luggage up to the room on the fourth floor via a winding staircase. I end up took only what I need and put the luggage in the locker at the train station. It will be perfect for those who pack light.

The best part was it had all the convenient facilities like microwave oven, fridge, stove, etc. , which you'll miss the most away from home. I didn't have to spend much money eating poor quality food cause I could cook myself. Well, about the location, it's above a porn shop but still the porn shop didn't look really bad, actually quite decent comparing with other places around the town. The staff was very kind and cordial. She kept my bag in her shop for a while on the day of checkout. Though she didn't speak English, she definitely understood what I was saying and we had no trouble understanding each other. I may come back. =) The only thing I didn't like was staircase. It was so narrow and steep and for people with heavy suitcase may have a hard time climbing it. Except for that, I like the place.

It was very clean and convenient to where I was doing business. There are convenient shops for buying food nearby (Carfour in the mall, small groceries), metro is half a block away. The flat was comfortable and self contained will free internet access. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There was a problem with the water and this was repaired right away. The bed was very comfortable. Coffee supplies were provided and the fridge was quite large. There was not anything I didn't like though I would say that the stairs are very narrow and would be extremely difficult with a large bag. The flat is above a sex shop on a street with several, but they are not particularly seedy and the actual shop below is surprisingly quite tasteful. As a single female traveler, at no time did I feel unsafe. There are a few things that the flat could benefit from, but these are really for people who are wanting to cook--there is no cutting board, bottle opener, electric kettle (though the coffee maker will make hot water), or strainer for washing vegetables. These small items would have been nice. But really not a biggie.
