Aqua Hotel Brussels    

The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

At first we were a bit unsure about the location but it was fine once we were able to orient ourselves.

A bit impersonal, a bit out of the way, but near a metro stop and central location with trams and buses as well; near shopping, just not right in one of the most charming quarters.

The best hotel of this price category where I've been so far. Friendly staff that works 24/7 and is really helpful, spacious room, free tea and coffee in the room, modern and comfortable bathroom, free wi-fi, nice breakfast and convenient location near the central station, the park and the Brussels Museum.

Very nice, clean and affordable hotel in a good location. Very close to restaurants, metro with convenient parking. Great European breakfast included.

No hot water for shower or hand washing. I ran the water in the shower for 5~8 minutes just to get it luke warm, it never got hot.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, location to city centre is great (10min to Groot Markt), good access to public parking garage (15euro per 24hr)! Quiet room

More shampoo would be nice and internet on the slow side.

Ok hotel, but the curtains are white and on the opposite of my room was a corridor that was lighted up all night, difficult to understand why you would put a new hotel like that. The room was completely light all night. If you don't have problems with that, it should be alright.

Good price. Power socket inside the safe so you can keep charging your lappy whilst it is safely locked away inside! Great idea!

WiFi was a bit flakey

Central location, about a 5 minute walk from a subway. Clean room/clean hotel in general. Friendly staff

No parking garage (the one the hotel referred us to cost 15 Euro a day)

I loved the design, the staff, the location and the croissants of breakfast!

Beside the croissants, I missed a real orange juice and a little bit more diversity in breakfast

Good location and very good value for a family room (2 interconnecting rooms with a bathroom each, one with a walk in shower, one with a bath). Breakfast buffet included had good choice and was plentiful. Free parking underneath the hotel.

Nothing to complain about. No hot water problems as mentioned by others. Water can take a few mins to cone through hot at first. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff, nice rooms! Quit! In the centre and no noises from the street. Were rolling shutters for the windows.

Staff at reception was great. The room was comfortable enough (good mattress, modern and clean bathroom). The lobby of the hotel was of modern design and spacious. The breakfast was reasonably good, taken into account that it included in my room price.

The hotel (even if central) was on a sidestreet which was "under construction" (some buildings not that nice). The oouple in the neithgouring room was arguing.¨¨On

Almost everything: very clean, new hotel with an excellent location, very friendly and always eager to help staff, very good speed of wi-fi connection available everywhere within the hotel (which is rather untypical for European hotels).

Modern hotel with all facilities needed. Very good for business purposes.

Not very cosy, just for sleeping.
