It is 10 min walk to the city centre. 200 metres from the underground station.
The staff didnt show any smily face to u! The room was too small. Wifi was ok. 45 euro for single room without breakfast is too much! The exits on the emergency stairs are closed without access to the ground floor! !!
The location was good with underground parking. Neat & clean hotel with decent breakfast and a very friendly staff.
can't fault the place.
Location, good wifi, stable 3 star hotel. Would go back if needed.
Housekeeping staff was forgetful: took my pillowcase one day, the other I was left without any towels. Moderate choice for breakfast, and you need to wait for the coffee to be brought to you, which consumes time if you are in a hurry.
Got a twin room instead of double and staff only gave me 10€ discount and refused to give me a different room.
A dirty towel with a wet spot was delivered: it was a bad surprise
The breakfast, the room, the wifi, the reception.
Nice modern art decor stylish hotel. Comfortable bed. Electric shutters. Good breakfast. Very pleasant and friendly reception and breakfast staff. Two minute walk to metro.
Only one small pillow. Being woken very early by waste removal lorry each morning-not the hotel's fault.
Very good breakfast, good position, close to the city center and the staff were very helpfyul with information about best restaurants in town where to eat.
My room had no natural light as it faced the interior courtyard and that made me feel uncomfortable.
Near Louisa shopping center. Metro station is a 5 min. walk, a lot of quite good bars/restaurants are close by. Breakfast is good but choices are a little limited
Wifi is a bit slow. No german TV channels.
Clean and modern hotel in central location
Breakfast fantastic, staff polite, bed very comfy, rooms clean and modern . Had a great stay . Only thing is that there is no german tv programe available
Bad wifi connection
modern style, good taste
small rooms, service at the breakfest not very responsive
Cleanliness. Quiet room. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Very courteous and helpful staff at the front desk but mostly in the dining room.
Location. To get to the hotel from the Metro Station, there were no signs and the road leading to the front of the hotel seem shady. Some homeless people and the street smells of urine with lots of grafitti.
Location, spacious modern room, great bedding, quiet atrium rooms, complete breakfast buffet, helpful and polite personnel.
Kettle in the room suffering from "calcaire" therefore unusable - a known problem in Brussels.
Hardwood floors is a plus! Shower was good. Good breakfast and the hotel was clean. Location ok, if you need to stay near Louisa-area. It is also a walkable distance from the EU-area
Small room without no other proper place to sit than a bed. The room felt claustrophobic since there was no window facing outside. You could only see the restaurant and other walls and the drapes had to be closed all the time. That made the room feel even smaller.
Good stuff, breakfast was ok ,room was good for two, small for 3, near to everywhere
Wc's glass door
New and clean, efficient staff, good breakfast, decent wifi free of charge.
The street is not exactly beautiful but at least it is close to the metro :)
Close to a Metro station
Forgot to give me new towels after taking the old ones which I first discovered after taking a shower. Luckily there was a hair drier.
Very welcoming, quality service and excellent breakfast
the street of the hotel should be looked after
Rates in Brussels hotels are highly variable so why I thought the rate at Aqua was a bit high, it may be a lot lower at different times. This is a good quality standard hotel. Nothing miraculous, smallish bathroom but clean, very good bed, practical desk and so a comfortable stay. It is well suited therefore to business travellers or others who won't spend a lot of time in the room. The windows open and the electrical shades mean that the room is private and can be fully darkened. Breakfast was normal, again nothing special but it had all options for guests.
For some people, the location may be a little strange up a narrow long side street but I didn't have a problem with this. You are very quickly back on down at the main streets.
Everything new, modern style. Clean, white walls, very helpful personel
The 100m walking from the main street (metro station). Room with a pillar in the middle. Breakfast was ok but could be better and include more variety of food/drinks
quiet and comfortable room, good breakfast
Porte de Namur metro station and nearby streets full of pickpocketers and alike nice guys, watch out for your belongings
good location (metro, shops) indoor facing room option shutters indoors fridge friendly staff very clean
