This hotel, which has been decorated in Regency style, is less than half a mile from the Louise Metro Station.
Score from 148 reviews Very good
In the heart of Brussels' European District, the Renaissance Brussels Hotel has modern soundproof rooms with a flat-screen cable TV and free access to an indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a fitness...

Score from 2421 reviews Wonderful
Cleanliness. Quiet room. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Very courteous and helpful staff at the front desk but mostly in the dining room.
Location. To get to the hotel from the Metro Station, there were no signs and the road leading to the front of the hotel seem shady. Some homeless people and the street smells of urine with lots of grafitti.
Location, spacious modern room, great bedding, quiet atrium rooms, complete breakfast buffet, helpful and polite personnel.
Kettle in the room suffering from "calcaire" therefore unusable - a known problem in Brussels.
Hardwood floors is a plus! Shower was good. Good breakfast and the hotel was clean. Location ok, if you need to stay near Louisa-area. It is also a walkable distance from the EU-area
Small room without no other proper place to sit than a bed. The room felt claustrophobic since there was no window facing outside. You could only see the restaurant and other walls and the drapes had to be closed all the time. That made the room feel even smaller.
Good stuff, breakfast was ok ,room was good for two, small for 3, near to everywhere
Wc's glass door
New and clean, efficient staff, good breakfast, decent wifi free of charge.
The street is not exactly beautiful but at least it is close to the metro :)
Close to a Metro station
Forgot to give me new towels after taking the old ones which I first discovered after taking a shower. Luckily there was a hair drier.
Very welcoming, quality service and excellent breakfast
the street of the hotel should be looked after
Rates in Brussels hotels are highly variable so why I thought the rate at Aqua was a bit high, it may be a lot lower at different times. This is a good quality standard hotel. Nothing miraculous, smallish bathroom but clean, very good bed, practical desk and so a comfortable stay. It is well suited therefore to business travellers or others who won't spend a lot of time in the room. The windows open and the electrical shades mean that the room is private and can be fully darkened. Breakfast was normal, again nothing special but it had all options for guests.
For some people, the location may be a little strange up a narrow long side street but I didn't have a problem with this. You are very quickly back on down at the main streets.
Everything new, modern style. Clean, white walls, very helpful personel
The 100m walking from the main street (metro station). Room with a pillar in the middle. Breakfast was ok but could be better and include more variety of food/drinks
quiet and comfortable room, good breakfast
Porte de Namur metro station and nearby streets full of pickpocketers and alike nice guys, watch out for your belongings
good location (metro, shops) indoor facing room option shutters indoors fridge friendly staff very clean
Nice hotel with helpful staff and rooms being newly renovated.
Early noise from a construction site and poor internet in the morning due to to many users
Staff was very kind. Close to Louise.
Late start of breakfast.
this hotel is one of the quietest hotels that i have ever stayed in. the interconnecting family room was perfect for us. it turned it into what was basically a two bedroom, two bathroom. great facility, clean and modern. it was also only 10m away from underground garage parking, which is a huge benefit when arriving by car. it's also only around 100m from the metro station, a grocery store, and tons of other shopping. the location being close to the metro opens up the opportunity to explore brussels quickly and easily. we loved this hotel.
the ONLY thing i would like to have been different was the pillow. if that small detail is the only negative i have, it should tell you how much my family enjoyed this hotel!
The hotel is close to the "Porte de Namur / Naamsepoort" metro station and to a lot of nice shops. You can also walk to the "Grand Place", it's not far and you will find a lot of chocolate shops in the way. The family room is very comfortable and clean.
Window shutters Rain shower head Close to metro stop and Louisa street
Smell of paint in hall was nauseating Room was cramped when a triple was reserved, couldn't move around...or access the desk/fridge Area/entrance a little shady
Clean if simple hotel. Room was a little small & Front desk staff & cleaners were very helpful
Being emailed after we left to be told they had made a mistake & we still owed them money which they automatically took from our card. We were happy to pay, but considering the mistake was theirs, they were very rude & made us feel most unwelcome. REALLY poor after care which really let them down.
unique building design, good location, comfortable bed, very helpful staff, printer available for client use
the bathtub wasn't clean, breakfast could have offered a better choice
Breakfast was really nice. Good shower, decoration is good, air conditioner life saver in the summer. Bedroom was confortable
The rooms very small, they had no view and were located in the minus one level.
It was neat and clean. Staff was cooperative and location very convenient. We enjoyed our stay
I ordered gluten free for breakfast, but this did not get through to the breakfast staff. They offered rise cakes. These are not edible. There is lots of gluten free bread to buy and it can be stored in the freezer. I do not mind bread from the freezer. The price of the hotel was too high to my opinion.
The room was very clean and the staff is very kind. Also, breakfast was good.
All if thing very good
Location and staffs
Internet,, poor WIFE internet connection
