This hotel is very central for visiting Bruges, staff always helpful and courteous, and very comfortable, clean and well appointed having recently been refurbished No bar unless from reception when very limited and expensive. Room fridge drinks very pricey so did not use. No restaurant for evening meals and no tea/ coffee tray in room. So basically a glorified B and B with none of the facilities one would expect in a 4 star British hotel of this standard. |

The location The air conditioning did not work in the room, so the only way we could get air flow was to keep the windows open. When we awoke our room was filled with mesquitos and my 4yr old daughter had 16 of the biggest bites you have ever seen across her body. She is still suffering from them. Another thing that was poor was that the beds kept sliding all over the hardwood floors. They were not anchored in anyway and if you moved in the bed you rolled across the room. This was completely ridiculous! I thought I was sleeping in a bumper car. |

The staff were very efficient and confirmed bookings prior to our arrival, breakfast was included in the price although only basic, no hot food included. The location is fantastic, only a few minutes walk from the main square. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Also we inadvertently left a bag of clothes behind and reception contacted us regarding what we wanted to do with them rather than just throwing them out. Possibly the lack of tourist information available at the reception desk. We arrived late in the afternoon and were referred to the Tourist Information Office which was a 20 minute walk away and closed just as we arrived leaving us with minimal information on what to do the next day. |

comfortable beds and pillows; spacious room and bathroom Our group was dropped off in another street because we rode a big bus. No porter was available to transport our luggages to the hotel. We were not advised that porter services should be booked one day in advance. Is this really a 4 star hotel? Receptionist when we checked in lacked training and extremely unpleasant; got confused assigning rooms to group booked together under one confirmation; |

Hotel Aragon is in a very convenient location right in the city centre of Bruges. We found the staff to be really helpful providing us with maps, places to visit etc. The breakfast buffet is filling and our room had a balcony which was lovely in the sunny August mornings. |

I feel free at Argon apartment. The door key is little broken. The bedcover and window curtains has some burned spots by cigarettes. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and easy to deal with, especially because we speak no Flemish and they spoke English. We stayed in a spacious apartment in a separate block which suited us very well. Parking was safe and secure. Breakfast was great - buffet style. |

We were 5 people 4 grown ups and a 3.5 year old kid. We got an appartment with 3 bedrooms which was enough space and a kid got his own room even. City center, and a quite street. Very old design, not so clean, lack of sugar in the coffee corner, the sheets and towels were too old, there were knits coming out of all of them. |

The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good value and fresh food. The hotel could do with an update ie. furniture etc it looks like the late 80s early 90s design and it would help if there was a hotel directory in the hotel room. There were no tea/coffee facilites in the room. |
