Arass Hotel  

Located close to the central railway station, with friendly staff and good breakfast.

It was freezing cold in the bathroom and we were not given any heater in spite of asking for one. Also, the parking fee is too high (16 EUR per night), while parking just round the corner is only 3.50 EUR per day and completely free on Sundays. When asked about the price difference, the receptionist told us parking in the street is only "slightly" cheaper.

The location of Araas hotel make much more convenience.

The conforters on my bed were smelling so bad, I have to go to the local store to buy me a conforter to use.

We liked nothing about it! Cheap price but very low service. Low value for money.

Reception works only till 18:00 (!) After that you need to follow a total mess of corridors, stairs and dodgy elevators to reach your room. No room service- they do not clean the room, leave the dirty towels in place (even if they lay on the floor), doors and garbage bins are repelling.You pay 14€ for breakfast and it is substantial.

Second time at this hotel, no complaints,everything in good order as we expected.

Big room, receptionist very friendly, room was at backside of the hotel --quiet 150m to metro

If you walk to the central station, its not nice area

Stayed here before several times, however this trip was not the best experencience, fortunately I know better, if this was my first trip to the Arass I would not visit again. Normally, rooms are of good service with kitchenette, good value for money hotel

The room did not have a kitchenette or a bath which was a surprise as I have stayed here before and all other rooms did have them , the rate however was the same. What made this experience very disappointing was the badge reader of the night entrance not working, calling the (external) security of the hotel did not work at first, a security officer supposedly was to come to the hotel. After waiting more than an hour (outside the hotel at night) I was so lucky to be able to get in as another guest left the hotel....

отелем это сложно назвать, это апартаменты, достаточно старый ремонт и мебель, можно было забронировать гораздо лучший аналог за те же деньги, регистрация в отеле после 5 P.M. мы проходили по телефону, т.к. рецепшн уже не работал, сам звонок находится на достаточно оживленной улице, в связи с чем очень плохо было слышно, что говорить рецепшионист и что необходимо сделать для того, чтобы все-таки получить ключ. когда мы все- таки прошли регистрацию по телефону, стоя на улице, мы зашли внутрь, номер у нас был на 1 этаже, оказалось, что в лифте нет кнопки 1 этажа, есть 0 и 2, после выяснений, оказалось, что нам забыли сказать, что лифт останавливается на 1м этаже только если приложить карту, доя остальных 1го этажа не существует.

Vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel

Voor parking stond op het papier dat we ontvingen 14 euro, we moesten echter 16 euro betalen. Het infoblad was dus verouderd, dit hebben we gemeld bij het uitchecken. We boekten een kamer met kitchenette, maar op de kamer (101) was geen kitchenette aanwezig, tenzij je de waterkoker meetelt die op tafel stond. Omdat we er maar 1 nacht verbleven hadden we geen kitchenette nodig, maar als dat je dat boekt, zou je het wel moeten hebben.

Inchecken bij aankomst buiten openingstijden receptie. Onduidelijk, intercom was slecht te verstaan door verkeerslawaai.

Ik vond de gastvrijheid van het personeel goed

De opening van de receptie was beperkt, na 5uur geen receptie geopend, dit vind ik sterk beperkt.

De kamers zijn aan een renovatie toe.
