We liked nothing about it! Cheap price but very low service. Low value for money.

Reception works only till 18:00 (!) After that you need to follow a total mess of corridors, stairs and dodgy elevators to reach your room. No room service- they do not clean the room, leave the dirty towels in place (even if they lay on the floor), doors and garbage bins are repelling.You pay 14€ for breakfast and it is substantial.

Second time at this hotel, no complaints,everything in good order as we expected.

The location of Araas hotel make much more convenience.

The conforters on my bed were smelling so bad, I have to go to the local store to buy me a conforter to use.

Close to Central station, hot meal for breakfast, possibility to have kitchenette in your room, good value for money if you need to spend 1-2 days. Supermarket is on the opposite site of the street, free WiFi

Too noisy (we have room with windows to central street and windows did not help - we could not sleep!). Room is big but not cozy. Although we had "strictly non-smoking room" smoking smell was very strong when we entered the room.

For a very cheap price I got a very large room with small kitchenette that was very comfortable.

The trade off is that the hotel is not in the best location in Antwerp - but is still an easy walk to the train station. It's on a busy road for traffic.

Very easy and fast Check-in and Check-out! All information which was provided earlier during the booking process was automatically used and I just needed to put my signature on it. The girl at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

the location is good, although it's not in the centre. About 15min to walk to the centre.

Easy access to the town centre and garage parking available (but expendive at 16 euros a night for a motorcycle)

No reception staff after 5:30 at the weekends making check in a bit of a pain. No breakfast avialable in winter months and no coffee available upon arrival or next day. It being Sunday I had to continue my journey without any food or drink.

Eigenlijk slechts de Baliemedewerker was een uiterst vriendelijke man.

Eigenlijk viel alles me tegen. Inchecken was mogelijk van 17-01.00 uur....ik kwam om iets na 18.30 aan en het Hotel was al gesloten. Heb in de regen 5 minuten aan de intercom moeten wachten op een code voor het sleutelkluisje....De Parking was verder prima. Eenmaal in de kamer was het zoeken naar de verlichtingsknoppen, moets tot aan het bed lopen waar ich schakelaars zag op het nachtkastje, een soort afstandbedieningspaneeltje......2 lampjes deden het niet en ook de badkamerverlichting ging niet aan.....één lampje bleek de stekker er niet in te zitten en de andere was gewoon defect. Heb zonder resultaat de verlichting van het de badkamer gezocht.....omdat er niemand in het Hotel is na 18.30 moest ik bellen, duurde 7 minuten (kosten moeten maken) voor ik iemand te spreken kreeg, weliswaar een franstalige die ook engels sprak maar geen Nederlands....binnen enkele minuten was er een soort conciërge aanwezig die me wees op zeer kleine knopjes direct naast de deur...knopjes van 2cm viekant en daar bleek de verlichting van de badkamer te zitten, echt niet te vinden als je niet heel heel goed zoekt.....de badkamer zag er slecht uit, en het stonk er zuur....overal schimmel in de hoeken aan de kitranden en op de vloer was een heel slordige noodreparatie uitgevoerd.....de afwasbak liep niet fatsoenlijk leeg wat zeer storend was bij het scheren. Ook het douchgordijn stonk. Op zich was de kamer normaal schoon. De verwarming aan de straatkant had op 3 van de 4 plekken kapotte panelen die er gewoon half scheefgezakt op de vloer hingen....de kamer was zeer warm en benauwd, het bed was redelijk wel. Tot zover had ik me op een of andere manier geschikt in de situatie. Maar bij het ontbijt werd ik bijzonder argwanend bij het opdienen van de Bacon en Egg's.....ze waren handwarm, terwijl het op een warmer stond....heb mijn bordje aan het personeel retou gegeven, maar hij sprak engels en frans, geen nederlands, en vond dat het wel warm was.......bah....
