The room was very spacious - we loved the entresol.

The decor of the room did not match the pictures on the website.

two-story executive suite was spacious and had huge windows that opened and a functional kitchen - for an excellent price ! The neighbourhood near trainstation and excellent grocery store across the street (Delhaize). Interesting Jewish district with orthodox synagogue, kosher bakery, butcher, fishmonger etc. very nearby.

Dark lighting in entry way and slightly off-putting street (empty lot next door and lots of empty shop fronts). The shower didn't work (but the bath was nice). The open sleeping loft and stairs might be a concern for a family with younger children. The twinsbeds could not be kept firmly together, so our daughter couldn't sleep with us, but had to be tucked into the loveseat, which was very tiny

Conveniently located close to the centre.

The neighbourhood was a bit 'run-down' looking, although perhaps this is just Antwerp. Despite asking for a non-smoking room we were given a smoking room which smelt terrible. When we asked for a non-smoking room the staff suggested that even the non-smoking rooms smelt of smoke. We were given an older appartment on the second floor instead which smelt better, but wasn't very nice.

facilities! it still needs the electric kettle & tea pot though. Still it is very well equipped:-) and meets our expectation

Though the room is clean, the curtain in the bath room is moudly. no handle bar for the bath tub, the toilet is not situated on the same level.

the kitchen was very usefull, nice big room, comfortable.

impossible to open the window, there was a ventilationsystem which made some noise. There were two beds, we prefer one and the beds are very easily seperated, so my husband fell between the beds. Actually, it was very funny....
