Argus Hotel Brussels  

The hotel was in an excellent quiet location but next to very smart shops, museums and the metro. Grand Place was easy to get to and there were a number of restaurants close by. The breakfast was simple but very satisfactory with fresh fruit every day and delicious brioche and freshly baked rolls.

It was clean and the location was very convenient, close to luxurious Avenue Luise and very good proximity to the metro. Staff was very friendly. Suggested to those who just need a bed to sleep during a city trip.

No real elevator!!!!! I had to carry lugagge and it was so strange how this really small elevator works, not convenient at all. Also there was no trash bin in the room and the plugs did not work properly. Old building and it was apparent from outside and inside.

Quiet and clean. Breakfast was rich and good choice

Chosen due to central position for a city break and very happy with it. Upgraded to bigger room after first night after apparent problem with first room...better for us as closer to family also staying there.

Difficult to get room cool enough overnight. Would have liked a second easy chair.

Very friendly stuff at the reception desk. They were willing to answer all our questions in English and in French.

the doulbe room was a bit small

In general the hotel was ok. Internet was fast and worked good. The heating system worked nice and the room was not cold despite the fact the the temperature outside was -10

The room was too small, especially for two (it was double room). The elevator was also very small and not easy to use even for one with the luggage. The breakfast in general was ok but the selectuin was rather pure: limited quantity of tea or coffe, one slice of ham and cheese per person only.

I was disable to bye beer at night because there were no bar. Just automate that accept only coins.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the location ok. The breakfast was nice as well, all in all a great stay.

The location is good ,it is close to the public transport system.

Great location, very friendly staff. I had a single room and it was still quite roomy with double bed. Clean. Breakfast was rather modest but fresh and tasty.

Bathroom could do with a bit of refurbishment, so could the closet, shelves were chipped and inside of cupboard looked really old and used.

The hotel was great for value. The rooms very quite nice and clean with a good bit of space. The receptionist staff were very helpfull with any questions we had..Breakfast was also satisfactory.

It was a bit difficult to find the Hotel. When flying with Ryanair is is a bit of a trip to Hotel - Bus/ train / metro.. But we did expect this.

Good location - 15mins of walking to the National Museum of Arts and Grand Place. The shopping street and the metro station is just around the corner. A couple of Q-Park parkings are around as well. Nice breakfast.

The street could be noisy at night. The WiFi password is valid for one device only which is a bit annoying. The room is small as well. Apart from that everything is fine.

Comfortable bed

We selected the hotel because the description said it has sound-proof rooms. The room was fairly quiet, but the door and windows did not keep out sounds from the hallway and from outside (street noise) very well.
