Aris Grand Place Hotel  

The location is unarguably excellent, right in the heart of the city, a few steps away from the Grand Place. The staff was also friendly and supportive and the facilities were good value for money. Our room was clean and relatively spacious. I have nothing to complain about, much on the contrary.

Had to give all my cash to them so I was left with close to nothing for my daily expenses, before they allowed me into the room) and condescending to boot. -The single room was by far the smallest one I've ever stayed in

The location is excellent! Step out the door and you are in Grand Place and all the great shops around it. Short walk from Brussels Central train station. Very clean and comfortable.

Internet in the room was very weak. Lobby internet was good but it was a pain to always go downstairs to view email. Plus it cost 5 euros.

Noisy street revellers late at night

Great location, easy access to metro. The hot shower, and friendly staff.

Location and price. Staff friendly and rooms clean.

No clock in the room. We had to catch an early flight and the battery was gone on our travel clock. The wake-up call was 15 minutes later than requested. No security chains on doors. A 'no frills' hotel but we accepted this due to the excellent price.

Very clean, so central to everything in central Brussels. Staff were great. Got it for 50 euro on Booking when we got to hotel it was 270 euro a night so got a complete bargain through booking also

No breakfast included

Staff, including front desk and housekeeping. Free wireless in lobby worked well.

Only one pillow, and it was very small and lumpy! Breakfast is too expensive. It ends up being 12 Euros for coffee and a croissant.

Very good place in the middle of pedestrian streets in the center of the town.

No acoustic insulation of the windows. At 5 am, I had the feeling to be among the lorries of delivering.

Closeness to City centre, practically onto Grand Place plus next to Gare Central. Comfort of room.

WiFi was not working, neither in the room whne trying to pay for it nor the free WiFi in the lobby

Location: sightseeing and transportation in less than 1 minute distance. Have already recommended this hotel to collegues.

Could be a bit cleaner. View from room was funny: the wall to the next door building. But view was not a priority because the hotel was in the middle of everything anyway.

Breakfast too expensive, so went to a café

We stayed for 1 night in room, overlooking the "Hotel de Vill"(room 306), and then returned for 3 more nights. Location is exellent, easy to find. Nice personell, they let us to leave our luggage, while we weht ro Brugge foe 1 day.

The hairdryer in room 306 didn't work.The safe was brocken also (both in rooms 306 and in 404). Wifi for money. But! you can use computer in a lobby for free. It's noisy on weekends (and may be in touristic season).

Perfect location 4 minutes from the Centraal train station and inside the city center near many restaurants

It took the heating a couple of hours to get the room temperature to comfortable levels.

Location, staff was cooperative (day time), spacious bathroom.

Small room for two business travellers staying in one room. They allotted us probably the worst room of the hotel, near the lift, view of backyard only, small space of the room felt even further smaller due to impact of top end structure of the building. They could have given us a better room.

The location is really excellent - 3 minutes by walk to Grand Square. Personnel was friendly, hotel worth their price.

Wi-fi was really expensive, I believe that even local provider was cheaper.
