Location is excellent. We were staying on the ground floor and were worried it would be noisy at night (because we could hear people laughing/shouting outside when we checked in), but the road outside seemed to be queit after midnight. the shower curtain was a bit dirty, but other than that, everything was okay. |

Nothing to complain about ---location, service and facilities are superb.Breakfast is great at Euro 9. Front office staff are English speaking, very professional and friendly. room safety vault was defective but may be repaired. |

Amidst between, accessible by rail and metro, good connection to EU offices, not to big, nicely located in town centre. I fear that in five years time the accomodation will be out dated |

Great location for exploring the city: next to the centre and the Central Station, good service, nice room and bathroom Single room was too small, wi-fi could be free, discounted offer was OK value, but regular prices are too high |

Location is very good, right between the central train station and Grand Place. Room was large. Desk clerk was friendly. Bathroom was not very clean and smelled of urine, with grungy tub grout and shower curtain. |

Location is excellent in the center of Brussels! Very close to Brussels Cenral metro. I paid $110 EUR for the room - too expensive for the quality. Broken TV remote control, sewer smell (but it goes away by using the bathroom fan), and somewhat thin blankets from the 1970s (but they were warm). |

Nice view, large and clean room. City center. Lack of noise insulation - was very noisy at the night time (happy people walking down the street, waste removal). |

Fantastic location, nice hotel and staff, and a very good deal if you get the summer weekend rate. Bit of noise from outside but you've got to expect that in a city centre. Would definitely stay there again. |

good wi-fi in rooms but costly (beware most places that say they have wifi really don't), breakfast was nice, the location was amazing, view from the top two floors over Grand Place allowed you to see and hear the light & sound show at10:30PM (summer)....air conditioner great, big bathroom, bottomless coffee at breakfast, fast elevators, supposedly this is a non-smoking hotel but our floor reeked of cigarettes and sometimes smell creeped under our door. we never saw the culprits...there are ashtrays in room but this is because non-smoking is a newish law and they don't want guests throwing cigarettes out the window, understandable... |

Loved it's location, very close to the Grand Place, even to the stations. After checking out, they still kept our baggages safe in a storage room for free. Its staff were very friendly however they gave us our room key without asking who we were. One time we were given wrong key which I found not very safe. |
