Hotel Aris jest dogodnie usytuowany w centrum Brukseli. Oferuje on dźwiękoszczelne pokoje i znajduje się niecałe 100 metrów od Grand Place oraz zaledwie 300 metrów od stacji metra Brussel-Centraal. Utrudnione parkowanie samochodu.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i pomimo iż plac i sąsiednia ulica są bardzo aktywne w pokojach jest cicho. Obsługa ok. Koce mogłyby być trochę świeższe, a sprzątanie troszkę solidniejsze.

Not many things, I am afraid much less good than when we came last year for the first time I had booked rooms for nine people in January 2011.All but one of the rooms as expected. However the room allocated to Mrs Monica Chalmers, was oof a totally unacceptable level. Too small and airless and no light. Her protest was not taken seriously by the two male receptionist on the day of our arrival. When I found out how unhappy she was, my complaint was also ignored, reason being no manager on hand. Mrs Chalmers deserves a reduction. Please respond to me and the letter I tried to send to you. You may contact me, please do so urgently. As I may have to take this matter up with the Tourist Board/ Authorities and make an official complaint. Werner Guttmann

Location was perfect right in the city centre. Attitude of 3 out of 4 reception staff we encountered. Twin room was made up of two single beds, not queen size or doubles. Only one key being available and having to leave and pick it up at reception. Old fashioned portable television with no input jacks to link in music players and no music channel.

Very near to the center. Very poor breakfast for 12E - only sausages. Not very nice guy on the reception. The original price of the room should be 240E which made me laugh (booking price was 99E w/o breakfast).

Very close to Grand Place. Room was adequate for single traveler. I used a us credit card. I signed reciept in Euro's and expected to be charged in Euros. I was charged in us dollars at an exchange rate of ~ 1.62 Euro/Dollar. Current exchange rate was 1.38 Euro / Dollar, or 17% mark up on exchange when I did not ask for sercvice. I will need to call and have corrected.

Great location and had a view from our room to overlook the plaza. Very cool. The staff had good recommendations for things to do. The beds had a weird stiffness to them. It was no big deal to us, but was a little strange. The room was great, however. No complaints.

I have chosen this hotel as it is situated very near to the Grand Place, to the centre of the city. It is a clean nice hotel, I can recommend to my friends and when I return to Brussels i shall chose it again.

The heating system ("fan") in the room was very loud but it was not possible to turn if off during the night since otherwise it was very cold there in the morning. Also the blankets should be thicker during winter! The breakfast was quite poor for 12 EUR.

Location is excellent. Just in front of Brusssels central. If you have to leave early dont opt for breakfast as it does not start before 7am. However it seems that their regular rooms are expensive and should be better. but the cheaper rooms are on the staircases that ie you can not reach them by elevators. They are too small, just enough to squeeze in a single person with a suitcase. They said it was a smoking room but there was no ashtray so i had to open the window. In the morning the guy at the reception didt know that there was a direct train to airport. He said that there is only a bus. I was lucky that i had seen the train timings previous day and I didnt believe him. I just had to spend the night so I didnt mind squeezing in the mouse trap type room.

The hotel is very close to the Grand Place (2 minutes), and in a lively neighbourhood. My room was very calm. My room was quite cold (it was freeing outside), and I did not manage to get the heating working properly. I had to use the blankets from the 2nd bed to stay warm. I also did not like the price for Wifi connection (€10/day).

The hotel staff were very friendly and my room was looking over the small square that it was very comfortable. However the room was a bit as I was visiting Brussels during the coldest time of a year. Apart from that, services were all fine.

The window in our room didn't seal completely. It was very windy and cold that night. When we told the man at the front desk, the best he could offer was giving us a couple of blankets becuase they were completely booked for the night. After making a couple of calls he said we could move to another hotel, about a 10 min walk. It was late and we decided not to move and just take the extra blankets. We were not given a discount on the room at all. Terrible customer service!

Centrally located and important places are within walking distance range. City trips are arranged from this place. Rooms are very neat & clean and comfortable to stay. Various hotels are situated nearby for good choice of taste. It was more noisy during night because of many tourists on road. Also there were few items for breakfast

The Aris Hotel is located to some of the must-sees of Brussels - it's a corner away from the Grand Place (City Square) and the Galeries Saint Hubert, and no more than a 10-minute walk to the Manneken Pis & Brussels Cathedral. There's also a Metro station nearby (Bourse). Food choices also surround the area, though be wary of scams! The wireless internet is a paid service, though the price (10 euro for 24 hours) is reasonable. Unfortunately, some areas of the hotel (like our room) experience almost useless wireless connections. We had to go to the lobby to use decent wireless internet.
