Location was excellent, room was a bit tired but ok. Maybe a bit overpriced . Breakfast was adequate. Would recommend mainly for location. Room was ok but needs some refurbishment.

central to brussels shops just a short walk away plenty of places to eat and drink room we had first was disappointing but asked for a change when available and was,nt disappointed the next day nothing really cant say otherwise worked for us

A very clean, quiet room with a bath in the middle of Brussels - just the thing needed after a long day's work. The free wi-fi was adequately fast. The ventilation was fine. The view from the 2nd floor window was on a backdoor's staff entrance, not that it really matters much.

Very well placed for Grand Place, bars, restaurants etc. Clean, comfortable rooms. Free wifi. Reasonable breakfast with views from top floor breakfast room. Quite god value for money.

Location was very good. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. The hotel said breakfast was served until 10am. Myself and my partner got there at 9am and quite a lot of the food was already gone and nothing was replaced. The quality of the food was poor. For example the scrambled egg was runny and tasteless and the bread tasted off and hard. In our room there was no safe, no fridge, and no kettle. I thought these were items a room automatically came with and did not realise I would have to pay extra for a more expensive room to have these basic items.

Great location to grand place and all the action! Difficulty with parking (like most cities) and somewhat noisy with all the action you want to be buy. A very give and take area!

staff was helpful and polite,breakfast was good, and location was so close to the square.room was very quite, we stayed on the 5th floor at the back. why cant there be coffee and tea in all the rooms, this was a downside to for me, in this day and age all hotels have this.would off been nice.

It's location- in the centre of everything I needed. Room was comfortable. No room service. Only served breakfast. Was a bit difficult to find- not clearly marked. No security locks/chains on doors.

The location is really good, 2 min walk from grand place. Nice modern spatious rooms. Great breakfast at 7th floor with panoramic view to Grand Place townhall and surroundings. The narrow street where the entrance of the hotel is located, is not so beautiful and is too noisy at night. We requested a room with a view and we finally had a 1rst floor room with street view.The did not send us a message and they didn't want to change it. Also, the rroms and corridors smell a little bad, maybe due to the floor moquettes.
