The room was large and comfortable, everything was clean, the breakfast was more than sufficient and rich with a wonderful view of the Grand Place City Hall. |

The room we had was being remodeled. Consequently, we had pipes leading to the outside that had open areas around them. Dust, mildew and mold were prevalent to the extent we developed sinus infections. Rooms are very small. We had reserved two beds but only had one. Not a pleasant experience. |

Our three hotel rooms had a rather shabby appearance, and there were a very unpleasant smell both in rooms and hallway. Reaching the hotel by car is almost impossible, and the traffic is a disaster. |

The hotel needs an "update", it is quite old. We paid 294€ for 2 nights, quite expensive. |

Very central location - clost to Central station, surrounded by restaurants and shops just off the Grande Place - Reception staff were very nice and understanding No internet readily available in rooms - even though at an extra charge; the windows were not double glazed and as such too noisy at least untill all shops, restaurants, clubs etc, close. |

The location to Grande Place and the tourist part of the city, restaurants, bars and an excellent jazz club was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpfull. The breakfast service was a bit chaotic with items running out of stock regularly. There should also be room safes and or laptop safes in this standard and category of hotel |

It was a little hard to find -- down a narrow side street that WASN'T right off the Grand Place, but close, so the location turned out to be good. Breakfast room on the 7th floor was fun, with a view of the City Hall tower. There were several maintenance issues with our room (toilet, lights) that did not get fixed during our stay. Staff did not show any particular concern. |

Excellent location and great accomodations for the price Yes...the map you sent showing direction from Midi station did not explain that this was not the Midi station, but the downtown commuter line station from the South station....Hotel was extremely hard to find..had to ask to find it. |

Location is excellent. Very close too the center, to the main train station. On the other hand it was not noisy at all.It is good that the traffic is not allowed in this part of the town add fried bacon to the breakfast menu. The bottles of shampoo/bath foam have very small mouth.Plus the substance inside is too thick. They are bnot practical to use under the shower |

The room we were given was quite spacious as it was a loft-style room with a single bed on the main floor and a double bed on the second - quite charming. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, and one concierge even spoke Spanish. As we only stayed there two days, we wanted to be close to Grand Place so the location of the hotel was perfect and it was less than a five minute walk from Bourse metro station. The buffet breakfast was also great, with a great seventh floor view of Grand Place. Because of the location of the hotel (three minute walk from Grand Place), and the fact that the room had two windows facing either side of the street, it got quite noisy in the wee hours of the morning with people shouting/singing in the streets as they emerged from the bars on a Saturday night. But this is not surprising given the hotel's proximity to Grand Place, so it isn't necessarily a reflection of the service. Note that since it's right in the middle of the historical part of Brussels, it's a bit difficult to reach the hotel by car given the narrow streets, which become pedestrian after certain hours. Taking the metro is a much better way to get there. |
