The hotel was very quiet. The lobby was attractive. The restaurant was pleasant, in an excellent location on the 7th floor. The location near the Grand Place is excellent. The front desk evening staff, while polite, was uninformed, and seemed less than interested in assisting waiting guests. In general, a lack of professionalism. Inasmuch as I am from the US you may want to discount the following comment, but it would have been very nice to have had an ice machine in a location accessible to guests. One shouldn't have to wait for ice delivery to the room. |

Great location, great location, great location. As a hotel of its class, it has got all the basics in place, save a minibar and a safe in our room. Tv was good, bathroom roomy enough, maybe water pressure was on the lower side but nevertheless everything functioned perfectly. A/Cs in such hotels are always weak but this one was more than satisfactory. Great city rooftops view from our room on the 5th floor corner. Better view from the 7th floor breakfast room, best feature of the hotel hands down. Breakfast was great, the staff worked very hard though maybe a few items could be replenished faster. |

Excellent location - clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was so-so. Small room - very difficult not to get water all over the bathroom floor when taking a shower. |

Air conditioning made for a very comfortable night in the heat wave, breakfast was good, the hotel was centrally positioned and had a great view from the 7th floor breakfast room, clean and comfortable. |

I like very much the beautyful position of the breakfast room in ther upper floor and the view from there No windows in the lift doors; one cannot be aware when the lift cabin has arrived where I have called it (no real problem, just some little space for improvement) |

I have liked the breakfast with marvellous views over the Grand Place and the spacious family room without extra price. There was holes in the corridor walls dued to pipes damage. |

The location was very central. The breakfast room was on the top floor, which is nice. The room was pretty low end (but maybe commensurate with the price). However, the bathroom was extremely run down, with lots of mildew and smell. |
