Floris Hotel Arlequin Grand-Place  

Great location to grand place and all the action!

Difficulty with parking (like most cities) and somewhat noisy with all the action you want to be buy. A very give and take area!

staff was helpful and polite,breakfast was good, and location was so close to the square.room was very quite, we stayed on the 5th floor at the back.

why cant there be coffee and tea in all the rooms, this was a downside to for me, in this day and age all hotels have this.would off been nice.

Restaurant in 7th floor is magnificant!

It's location- in the centre of everything I needed. Room was comfortable.

No room service. Only served breakfast. Was a bit difficult to find- not clearly marked. No security locks/chains on doors.

The first room was above a night club or something similar. We had no sleep until 04:30. Manager wasn't very helpful

The location is really good, 2 min walk from grand place. Nice modern spatious rooms. Great breakfast at 7th floor with panoramic view to Grand Place townhall and surroundings.

The narrow street where the entrance of the hotel is located, is not so beautiful and is too noisy at night. We requested a room with a view and we finally had a 1rst floor room with street view.The did not send us a message and they didn't want to change it. Also, the rroms and corridors smell a little bad, maybe due to the floor moquettes.

Location and Service. Lovely view of Grand Place lighted tower from our room window.

For the price paid I expected to find coffee facilities in the room.

Although difficult to find arriving with a car, the location was perfect and close to the Grand Place. The room was HUGE for anywhere in Europe. It was nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast overlooking the city was also nice.

The noise. There were very loud people on our floor and the street noise from below was audible until after 3 a.m. The rooms could use some soundproofing.

Very good location to explore the town, clean rooms, good breakfast, excellent price! We would choose it again!

I like location it was in the center, and breakfast because we had it on 7 floor with good view on main square, but breakfast was the same every day not big choice

They reserve money from my account before 3 days when i supposed to come. Pictures do not match to the reality on booking, we had small room with small window, dirty carpet, cold bathroom without heating, we could hear water is going down by pipes so we could not sleep also like other people were washing. also we felt bad smell from toilet system. we asked the vase for flowers but they didnt have it. and we asked for futher blanket and they told that they do not have it.

Location. Right ion the heart of brussels. Very close to a parking (paid, like any other in town), shoppings and restarants.

Hotel was under construction I believe, taking the staicarse to the 3rd floor you enconter lots of paiting stains on the floor, and the paiting smell is all over the place. Includind in the room. There was a dded fee of 4€ and something to our hotel bill, to cover the "city tax". Probably other hotels in the city charge the same but I think It would have been good to have this written on Booking.com or at least to include it on the original price that is shown on Booking.com. People dont like surprises when it comes with money.

Location is great - only have to walk 5m to the nearest restaurant, or 100m to the centre of the restaurant "zone". Short walk to the nearest metro. View from the breakfast room!
