Score from 7025 reviews Very good
- Central position. - Grand Place around the corner - Close to Metro stations - Close to train station - Wonderful view from the breakfast room (7th floor) - Close to restaurants - In the pedestrian area
- Like most Hotels downtown Brussels, it's a bit worn-out. Some re-painting, new carpets in the aisle, ... would be beneficial. - The rooms facing the street can be very noisy at night, due to the many people having fun in the district. - The price is too high for what you get, in general. But this is the standard in downtown Brussels.
Good value for price Near restaurant area Basic good breafast
No twin beeds
The hotel was very good value for money but could not sleep as of the ongoing noise from outside had a room at the side next time will ask for a room at the back.
Noise from outside all through the night.
Location, breakfast, reliable wifi
when I arrived I found a probably used towel in the bath tub

Staff , good sized rooms
Card reader didn't work on check out
We have visited the hotel many times now and we are quite satisfied
Breakfast was varied and plentiful Bed was really comfortable Shower was great TV had English channels Excellent locations - moments from everything, above a cinema! Welcoming friendly staff
Windows didn't shut in room 702, so street noise was audible through the night.
Close to public car park which is very handy for those with cars. Location close to city Centre.
Easy to get to from the train station
The breakfast is not that good very little choice.
Location was central
Room overlooked tatty street with noise throughout the night. Hotel in urgent need of refurbishment
The free wifi, large room with plenty of electrical points for charging phones etc, large windows, thick curtains to block light, comfy bed, good large bathroom, surrounded by good bars and restaurants
The shower was weak flow but we were on 6th floor so maybe pressure problems, the breakfast adequate but limited choice, some late night/early hours noise from revellers but to be expected being in the centre
Central Location of the Hotel makes it a stone's throw away from all the attractions. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Secure Car park is just around the corner. Executive room was quite spacious for the price paid if compared to a similar hotel in Central London. Room was reasonably clean and serviced everyday.
If you are a light sleeper, you can get disturbed by the noisy patrons of the nearby restaurants, especially if your room is on the lower floors. The room decor and furniture is quite basic, possibly a bit dated but functional. Safe did not have instructions on how to use and was locked.
The rooms are spacious and clean. Lovely breakfast overlooking the main square. The hotel location is good - right in the city center.
Manager at the reception tried to cheat us and did not give us back 10 euros. But gave it after first request back. Very noisy street at night. Opposite the hotel is fast food, which is open until late and there is not always going to the most reliable citizens
Sink tap not working - "they knew". Door key failed twice - no apology.
Localization and reception
Dark room, terrible mattress. Not so much cleaned.
Near to grand place. Good breakfast and nice view from the breakfast room.
Too far from park garage. No body shampoo in the bath room and hair dryer not functioning. Need to go downstairs to get from the receptionist. Room carpet very old n looked dirty. The stuffs are not so friendly.
breakfast at 7th floor
Well located just a short walk from the Grand Place and therefore everything else. Hospitality was good in terms of room etc. Breakfast was ok.
Perfect location, very close to everything (Grand Place, restaurants, Central Station...). Great views at the breakfast area. Excellent price-quality relation.
Breakfast could be improved, as there were not many things to choose.
Clean hotel, lovely room with good bathroom. Really nice view from room. Great location and good value for money. Helpful front desk staff and breakfast included. Wifi v good.
Nothing really but just found the lift a bit odd with the door etc. Maybe more choice for breakfast.
Everything was good except Wifi. Nice breakfast, kind staffs, and location!
I couldn't use WiFi in the room but only on the ground.
Location Very friendly and helpful staff Easy to find Closeness to Railway Closeness to Brussel's main square Closeness to great food opportunities Closeness to Mannekin Pis and his female equivilant (just ask) Large room great breakfast
Large rooms Air con Helpful staff Free wifi Good facilities Room rate is around 350 euros per night. Through Booking.com we paid 70 euros. Bargain!!
We had to request a room change as the door handle fell off and we got stuck in the room. Also all of the posters in the hotel advertised that every room has air con, howevere we were put in a room on the top floor that didnt have this facility. The receptionist changed our rooms without an issue.
