Location Breakfast Firm beds
WiFi kept cutting out
Breakfast included in the price, nothing fancy but everything you need to start well the day.
The hotel is located in a narrow street a bit suspicious at night, but at only 15m from the entry of the street.
The view during breakfast !!!
The location to the center of brussels is amazing , you are in the heart of the all the shops and eateries . The staff at the hotel where very friendly and helpful . The breakfast was basic but good and the view from the breakfast room was a big wow .
The only things I did not like was the fact that it's very easy to miss the hotel sign , it didn't look like a hotel from the outside , it was over a cinema and looked more like the entrance to that . Also the rooms although comfertable really need a make over , our net curtains where rotten and carpet stained .free wifi also would have been nice .
the room view was amazing i could see the the light show at grand place while lying in bed ,breakfast was very nice with a very nice view location is perfect
room is a little bit small but that is normal in Europe ,hotel is a over priced for what you get. the music being played at grand place wasin the room so if you want to rest at any time from 6pm till like 10pm that would not be possible but that is only in December.
Very good location, nice hotel if you want location and price, clean and good stuff
Location, warm room, nice bed, pillows
Breakfast needs more choice and staff
Friendly staff. Good beds. In the middle of the city :-)
No mini-bar or coffe on the room. The kitchen-staff was slow to refill bacon and bread-rolls.
This hotel is right in the centre of the city. The views from the breakfast room were amazing and everything was close - main square, metro, shops, everything. Staff were friendly. Reasonable choice for breakfast
They really need to sort out the plumbing. Every time you flushed the toilet it sounded like it was going to explode - must have annoyed other people in the hotel.
Location Spacious room and breakfast room
decor in room bit dated
Friendly staff. Free wifi. And if you get a good room, tea and coffee making facilities
It's a bit down at heel in places and some rooms overlook noisy streets
Hotel is an easy walk from the main station and a few minutes from Grand-Place. Within a few metres of one of the main eating areas at Rue des Bouchers. Very helpful receptionists who spoke excellent English. Very clean room. Very good value for money.
Very antiquated lifts which could only take four people (and that would need to be without luggage!) Limited choice of breakfast. Empty food trays and piles of plates were not topped up with sufficient frequency. Bar in reception area appeared utilitarian rather than a welcoming and relaxing place to enjoy a drink.
-location - right in the middle of the city next to Grand Place - location for breakfast - at the 7th floor with a very nice view
They gave me a very nice room and I have nothing to complain about. The breakfast is served where you have a view over the roof tops of the city centre, which was really nice!
Central location, friendly staff, very good breakfast in a 7th Floor room with a great view
located in the heart of old city, 100m far from city hall and near restaurant and gift shops area; comfortable room; clean and well equipped bathroom good value for money
unpleasant smell due to old carpet buffet breakfast ok in terms of diversity, however most of the food taste like plastic
Perfect location for what we wanted would definitely go again and recommend it for location, grand place around corner and bars galore right outside hotel.
The location is good , public transport nearby , restaurants just few meters away , wifi is ok . Breakfast was very good . Good value for money , I recomend this hotel .
The only thing I was not that happy is that the bed mattress was very soft , but on the whole there is nothing to complain about
Location was excellent only 200 yards from Grand Placè. Many bars restaurants & shops nearby.
As a group of 8 men travelling for football away weekend we booked twin rooms but when arrived were forced to have a double bed.
Location was the best, with great atmosphere and we had an excellent room with great views. House staff were extremely good and the whole experience was a real pleasure for both of us.
Whilst the location is excellent, the hotel was was quite difficult to find due to the limited drop-offs by taxi's . It would have helped if our taxi driver had more local knowledge.
Location is excellent, very close to Grand Place and pubs ;) Good breakfast
Heardryer was very poor quality, no working at all
Location, location and location. We enjoyed the views of the old town whist having breakfast. Friendly staff. Since it's in the middle of the tourist area, expect lots of bars, restaurants and shopping stores. Highly recommended.
There isn't hot breakfast any more :(
Very dirty. The bathroom smelled urine. The door was broken. The bed was terrible.
Very close to Grand Place and close to two metro stations. Room (4th floor) of reasonable size and quiet. Wide choice of restaurants in immediate vicinity. Breakfast included, which saves on hunting around for breakfast, but rather basic. Wifi also included. Overall, reasonable value for money in an expensive city.
Shower cramped but functional. Toiletries rather basic. Buffet breakfast rather basic too, with limited choice (tough on vegetarians!) and 'hot' options not kept well-heated.
