Friendly service personal & director, good food in the restaurant (Irish Pub). Comfortable beds, very central No hot water in the shower, only warm. And it didn't get better in the different room they gave us. Double rooms might be a to small for some people. Water boiler was very dirty, seems like they don't clean it with the room. Reception is most of the time unattended. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and adequately fitted out. The hotel was conveniently located near the station and main shopping precincts. From a purely aesthetic point of view the decor is a little drab and there were a few lights that could have been fixed (flickering bulbs or bulbs out) but otherwise the hotel was fine. |

During my stay, the welcome I received was very friendly, courteous and effecient. The rooms where clean, value for the money and the hotel was centrally located to allow me to go attend my business and meet with clients. I was very happy with the accomodations and will definitely recommend this hotel to my colleaugues when travelling to Belgium. |

La proximité de la gare Le manque de propreté des sols, poussières, rideaux......lit propre au moins et salle de bain correcte.....................bruit incessant de la ventilation |

Ik werd er goed onthaald. Iedereen was zeer vriendelijk. Er heerste er een familiesfeer en dat vond ik aangenaam. De kamer was proper en alles functioneerde goed (vb douche). Je vond er wat je nodig had (vb. extra deken, handdoeken). |

prettig gelegen hotel. alles op loopafstand, ook aan te bevelen als je er komt om te karten( outdoor). Ongeveer 5 min rijden tot kartbaan. En vlotte service met na sturen van vergeten zaken. |

Hotel ligt op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen van het trein/busstation. Voor mij kwam dat heel goed uit. Verder liggen de winkelstraten om de hoek. Voor rolstoelgebruikers of minder validen minder geschikt. Krappe lift. |

Désolé mais je n'ai pas de commentaire précis, mais étant au quatriemme étage je dirai le calme et la tranquilité. Le petit déjeuner au niveau qualité prix je donnerai la note de 3 sur 10 |

Dass es eine Bettdecke für 2 Personen gab und ein Wasserkocher, Tee, Cappuccino und Kekse zur B egrüßung vorhanden waren. Dass wir bei der Ankunft etwa 1/4 Std. warten mussten, bis nach 10maligem Klingeln dann mit Hilfe eines anderen Gastes endlich jemand an die Rezeption kam! |

confortable, la tranquilité , la liberté d'entrée et de sortir de l'hôtel sans être surveillé, qui n'est pas le cas dans tout les hôtels, la mise à disposition d'une bouilloire avec café, thé, capuccino, bonbons, petits gateaux, qui est très appréciable. |
