Loaction and facilities

Good location in the centre of town, near shops and railway station. Friendly, family-run, rather basic budget hotel. All very relaxed, laid- back approach. For example, we could help ourselves to our room keys in reception; never checked in properly, and were asked to ring the bell to tell them when we checking out and leaving...so we could pay! Excellent breakfast.

They don't tell you that there is an Irish bar attached to the hotel - actually under many of the rooms at the front. On the night we were there - to watch Chelsea play poorly in the Champions League - it was very noisy into the wee hours. Nothing wrong with lively late night bars and people having fun...you just don't want it under your bed when you finally decide to call it a day.

easy to find & reallly good irish pub next door. Breakfast was OK but not enough english choice

Slightly rough looking corridors compared to rooms & outside. Parking a bit hit & miss.

Hotel in the centre oof town, close to the train station. Clean room.

Firstly, my name was not on the booking list of hotel. Secondly, nobody was in reception room when I came ( 13o.c) and I have to wait 15 minutes and then I found the lady myself just going trought all floors.(((Nobody shown me my room just gave me a key and even didn't explane how to get there.(((

The receptionist who came back for me to check in after midnight! Thank- you so much!

The noise in the room, on Saturday night coming from the private party in the hotel bar! Way too Loud!

The Hotel has no own parking places. To find one it Is an adventure. The stairhouses are not looking very clean. The carpets there are ugly and damaged. The rooms on streetside are very noisy.

the fact that it was walkin distance from where i got my surgery done;(wellness kliniek)''and the fact that its in the centre of genk;very nice.....

Etablissemnt bien situé en ville mais la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer, chambre pas nette et eau froide au moment de la douche. Et pour un trois étoiles. C est vraiment insuffisant. Personnel souvent absent.

erg sober ,vieze kamers niet schoon geen 3 sterren verdiend !! ontbijt was redelijk voor 10 euro parkeren is een drama ..erg gehorig met de lift ..

Reservamos una habitación doble pero cuando llegamos al hotel no había habitaciones dobles; nos dieron dos habitaciones individuales, cada una en una planta distinta y en una de las habitaciones individuales la calefacción no funcionaba y faltaba el secador de pelo; reclamé a la recepción del hotel pero no hicieron nada por solucionarlo.
