Very relaxing, very comfortable bed a baby was in the next door room and was crying quite a bit during the night. I went to the reception to ask for either a different room or earplugs, none of the two were available |

The member of staff who was on duty when we arrived was extremely helpful and a credit to the hotel. The write up about the hotel suffered from 'landladies seaview syndrome'. The write up said that the hotel was next to the city centre, however it was actually on an industrial estate on the edge of town at least ten minutes drive from the city centre. It was also quite hard to find. |

The manner that staff interfaced with guests. There was a small problem with the wi-fi, which really was more to do with my equipment rather than the hotel's facility. A friendly word to the desk and the matter resolved very quickly. I was quite impressed. The meals were superb - I was also impressed with a european chef knowing how to cook kangaroo meat properly. |

Friendly staff, WiFi in the room included in the price. Noisy mini-bar in the room - needed to switch it off for at night. It also generates a lot of heat - not a problem during autumn/winter, but I had the same problem last time visiting Art Hotel in the summer - AC couldn't cope. |

I enjoyed Bruges the hotel it served its purpose for facilitating the visit.I travelled by car and the parking facility was good Room not ready on arrival / did not change towels daily , this tarnished our stay. It is a fair distance from Bruges centre so the taxi service was used regularly which proved expensive |

The facilities and the staff were amazing. The hotel has ties with a taxi company that takes you to and from the center for a fixed price of 7 euros. If you want to just relax for a day or so in Brugge, this is the perfect place to go. Fresh air, excellent service, outstanding facilities, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Although it was far from the center, the hotel offers taxi services for an affordable price. |

It's location is bad - too far away from the old part of the city. Also, it is a 4 * hotel lost in the outskirts of Brugge, that when you arrive (obviously by car, since there is no other choice) you have to pay extra for parking! Even when the hotel has plenty of space to offer - this should be free parking. Above all that, when you reach the hotel room, you find a bottle of water kindly offered to you, with a label that says 4.25 Euros on it! Outrageous - I spent less money on better cities and better hotels that offered water bottles for free... |

Courteous staff. Excellent breakfast. Free internet and WiFi. Competitive rate. Lots of English channels on TV. Parking price of 9 euro per day. No complimentary tea/coffee. No kettle for warming baby food, we were told it would cost 10 Euro to hire it. Cost 7 euros extra for one way taxi from hotel to Market Square. Not 4* feel overall, e.g. paint in the rooms/toilet were worn off. Also major building construction next to the hotel. |

We had a short break at this hotel, and for the price we could not fault it. The room was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The restaurant and the breakfast buffet were excellent.Hotel prices were if anything lower than the restaurants in central Brugge. |

The hotel staff is very friendly. Also the room service meals are good and comming in big portions. The interior design. It is an Art hotel, but the interior design is very poor. Also the room comfort and facilities are more likely for a 3* hotel. |

Rooms were clean . The bottle of water in the room, which is normally free was priced @ 4.25 euros. Breakfast although appetising was way overpriced. No tea making facilities in the room |

No kettle in room - had to hire it. No complemary tea-coffee. Price of taxi-shuttle to centre. Very noisey. First night was a party in next room & another on same floor until 4am. Mornings cleaners slammed doors- room doors noisey! No iron in rooms. Other 3-4* hotels have these. Having to pay parking when so far from centre. |

Nice, comfortable new hotel. The location is quiet but it's a 30+ mins walk to city centre. Breakfast and parking were quite expensive. The breakfast was really nice though. |

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable Bathrooms were grimy, one of the towels was dirty, huge horrible stain on one of the chairs, location hard to find (no signs) and in the middle of nowhere which is not so bad if you have managed to get a budget rate but I would be very disappointed if I had paid the full rate. |

It was a friendly hotel that catered for families really well. The staff were polite and helpful. We would stay there again. It would have been helpful to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room also we had baby formula to make and we could have done with a kettle to boil water. |
