The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly. The location was hard to find, as it is in the middle of a poorly lit industrial area. Bookings.com says free parking and free in-room wifi. The parking was 9 euro/ night. Although the front desk assured us the wifi should have worked in our room, it worked in the lobby, but not in our room. Our reservation notes said we needed a small bed for a 4 yr. old child. When we checked-in, they apologized for missing that detail. They provided a broken crib w/o bedding - which was too small and unsafe for a 4 yr old child - & told us this was all they had, but they would send someone to fix the crib. We called 3 times and finally a man came to try to fix the crib, and gave us a box of delicious Belgian chocolates - and more apologies. He couldn't fix it & went to get an extra bed. A half hour or so later, he arrived with the bed, and more apologies, adding they did their best. The description says "a stylish bathroom". The bathroom was far less than expected - molded plastic integrated sink and shower stall - with a folding plastic door! You can't even close the door - it just has magnets to sort of keep it shut IF you line it up perfectly! We happen to prefer the cool night air to air conditioning, so we sleep with the window open. We were in a no smoking room. But during the staff's break, they smoked and talked outside, below our room. With the window open -- we heard them late into the night, and of course their smoke drifted into our room.

The price was reasonable and the facilities were comfortable, quiet and out of town. The room was basically a hotel room with no fridge or kettle to make tea or coffee. There was a 15 minute walk to the town centre.

Just the thing that it is located in Brugge, nothing else. This is a hotel with the lowest 'value for money' I've ever seen in my life. How would you like a bottle of spring water in your room that costs EUR 4.25? Or a breakfast for extra EUR 15-17? Or a sauna where 4 people cannot be? Or a folding bed for your kid that broke at 2 o'clock in the morning? Or a company of cheerful youngsters knocking in your door at 4 o'clock in the morning? I can continue... This hotel is simply a disgrace for Belgium and Brugge...

The location was perfect because we wanted to do a lot of walking. The restaurant and bar with fire place were awesome. Nice and cozy. The food was very good. Even though parking cost 9 Euro per day, we felt very safe to leave our car in a cordoned off parking area. The room was kind off run down. However, that's the fault of the guests because they don't take care of other peoples property. A newer model tv would be a good idea.

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were cleaned every day.The food was very good and the decor in the dining room was very pleasant. It was a little to far from Brugge ,it took us about thirty five minutes to walk in.The beds werent very comfortable. No tea making facilities in room.

The hotel was quite good and the staff was friendly. The sauna was out of order and the dinner buffet was way too expensive and didn't have many options.

When we arrived there was a toy for our baby in the cot - a little touch that was much appreciated. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was perfect for walking into Bruges or even better on a bike! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends or family.

The marketing for this hotel is ridiculous. It said that it was only 1.7km from the city centre/market. However, it was 3.7km from the market. We had to buy taxi vouchers from the front desk to get into and out of the town. This was ridiculous. It bumped up our spend €20 extra every day. So, when you put that onto the initial price for the hotel....it definitely added to our expenditure and then having to wait for taxis all of the time to collect us was slightly annoying. It was a nice hotel, but I would never stay there again because of the location outside of the town. Already stated above. Location.

They give you a small waffle biscuit when you order a coffee or tea The last day we found dusty underwear under my bed. Besides that, which was pretty disgusting, the hotel is 6km from Brugges and at 8pm there was no bus to the city so was either taking a cab (9 to 13 euro) or walk all the way to Brugges. The Hotel is in an industrial zone with no restaurants or shops or anything at all to look at. The regulator for the heater might have been broken as it was set at 19 degrees but during the night was ridiculously warm. The head of the shower was old and half broken and in general everything looked like it was nice when it was new, but nobody had taken the time to take care of the instalations and furniture. And a few more things along the same line, but I don't wanna think about that hotel for longer.

Very convenient location for us - between family and Brugge centre. The taxi deal was good. Staff are welcoming and helpful The lack of a facility to make a hot drink in the room, especially early morning. The large deposit that required paying.

Everything at this location was wonderful, especially the staff. They were extremely helpful with directions, suggestions for activities, etc. The only suggestion that I would have is to provide in room coffee service. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Clean, bright room. Friendly staff who were very helpful. Although it's a good price, the hotel is a good 40 min walk from the centre. There is a bus but it stops returning from the centre of Bruges at 8pm.
