駅から徒歩圏内で便利！朝食つきもありがたかったです。道路沿いなので外の音が少しうるさかった。部屋もゆとりのある広さでした。 アメニティが少ないと感じましたが(歯ブラシなし)、スタッフの方も丁寧なサービスで特に不満はありません。 |

部屋はやや狭く、設備も古びてはいたがベッドの固さなどは満足しました。ロケーションも北駅に近く、また地下鉄駅も間近で便利。 朝食時の備品（グラス、皿）などの補充が追いつかず、また料理も空のまま補充されず、スタッフが不足しているようだったのが残念でした。 |

The staff at the reception were very kind. Room space and location were great. It was a very bad experience for me. I can live with old and broken furniture but for me having a clean room is important. The bed sheets were dirty and the bed cover full of hair. Moreover, I was given a smoking room despite of my indicated preference. |
