The staff at the reception were very kind. Room space and location were great. It was a very bad experience for me. I can live with old and broken furniture but for me having a clean room is important. The bed sheets were dirty and the bed cover full of hair. Moreover, I was given a smoking room despite of my indicated preference. |

The fact that there was central heating and the breakfast was good.Everyone is always very pleasant. State of dilapidation, it really needs a makeover. Overpriced, but then so are most centrally located hotels in Brussels. There are worse hotels in Brussels. |

The location of the hotel is just good. Very close to the Sheraton The hotel is old, the furniture is quite old, the comfort is bad. It is the worst price/quality hotel I had. It is very expensive for what it is. The pictures on the site are deceiving |
