I went at the hotel late at about 00:15 the morning after about 5 hours flight. When I arrived, (I was VERY tired and wanted to sleep and rest for the next day meeting), the receptionist informed me that there was no room available due to "technical problems". When I booked the room I already told them twice that I will check in at about 12 (midnight). The receptionist informed me that they arranged another room for me at another hotel 2 blocks away. They wanted to go there on foot, with luggages at midnight..! I asked for a taxi (they paid for it). The other hotel they arranged for me I later found that it was just 1 star hotel. It didn't have a reception, neither breakfast. It didn't even have toiletries. The next day I found that the receptionist was lied about technical problems. They didn't gave me compensation or anything about all this troubles and the inconvenience.
Ease of access (metro line) Location Cleanness
Clean, 24 h help desk , excellent wifi and warming inside room.
No luxury, fair breakfast.
very good location polite staff
not up to a 3 star hotel no light in my room slow wifi too expensive
Location and nice staff
Optional breakfast expensive. Showers with a lot fails: We had six rooms, four of then with head showers without working well, two didnt swallowed... Housekeepers opened the doors at 8 am while you where sleeping
Bathroom needs some renovation
Only one person at the front desk not willing to help in case of a problem ex: 1.weird key system which they dont explain at check in. 2. Water filling the bathroom and going into the carpet in the room no housekeeping to fix it at 7 pm. 3. Very bad attitude by the front desk personel and no sympathy to the fact I had to sleep in a humid room and a wet carpet. 4. Amenities very limited. 5. Room ugly. 6. Breakfast room ugly. 6. No real instructions regarding directions and where we are with respect to Grande Place
Location was excellent, not far from Grand Platz, near to a couple of tube stations. loads of bars and eateries nearby. Oh yeah and a good result for Wales in the football!
Location. Staff. Comfort
-location -very friendly and nice staff
-no fridge - no coffee pot
The front desk staff was cooperative and helpful. Location was convenient.
The room was super tiny, not well keep. We are from FL and the first night the room was hotter than the standards we are used to in the middle of October. They suggested leaving the window open to cool it down. They have to do something about the breakfast it was very unappealing. Belgian food is great, but that is not the case at this breakfast buffet. Too expensive for what you get.
Good location, very central.
It was a very noisy hotel with a night club opposite with noise coming from it all through the night
The hotel is ok, for it,s standard And the location is very good With a courteous staff.
The internet at the hotel is never free as advertised, you need to be buying an internet coupon daily to enable a client to assess the net.
Good location, Friendly staff, parking place for car
Poor wifi, no fridge in the room, difficult heating (there was a device for air heating out of order)
Friendly staff Nice rooms Clean Excellent breakfast Very central, walking distance all around the center of the City Wifi is ok in the room
Didn't have coffee pot or any way to heat water in the room. The restaurant closed early in the day.
Staff is nice and the location is exellance
The first night me and my husband get a room with separate beds.Beds was so low quality and not comfort couse it is sofa not beds. Tomorrow we get another room with comfort bed. Bathroom is the WORST I have ever seen couse it is dirty and very old and have lots of lime spots and silicone. Never again i will stay in that hotel
Location in terms of transportation. Receptionists were quite helful. .
I could hear people in the next room screaming, talking and crying while having sex at 17hours. What an experience!!
clean, very helpful and effeicient staff
very noisy room. Had the feeling the cars are passing next to the bed and also group of loud speaking people outside all the night.
A clean comfortable hotel near to all attractions.
Just one person in the reception. Long time to check in.
Although small, bed was comfy. Excellent location very close to the metro. No traffic noise from my back room which faced the back of the hotel.
It really was a single room - single bed and a small room. Loud banging of doors and shower pumps heard early in the morning. Wifi did not work in my room but apparently did in others.
Location, very good staff, very friendly atmosphere with free wifi in room (improved compared to last year that I had to pay wifi on room). Value of money in heart of Brussels.
Coffee machine was suddenly out of work but the excellent staff managed to offer me coffee from another spot.
internet limitations, request of advance payment on arrival basic resources (machines) for absent bar facilities
- Wifi worked also in hotelroom but you get 4 hours and than have to log in again - Location near city centre
- Windows in rooms are not sound proof, garbagecollection wook me up at 6 am - Showerhead saves energy but hurts you - Safe was broke and housemaid doesn't lock room correctly -No Dutch channels and no Dutch speaking at reception - Keysystem - Basic (bath)room looks outdated
