friendly staff, good sized room, good breakfast. The first room we were given smelt of smoke, so we were moved to another room. breakfast was expensive. |

The first room we checked into was relatively noisy, however hotel staff were extremely accommodating (no pun intended) and moved us into a quieter room, which was very nice. Breakfast and free wifi were both great. |

The front desk staff was very friendly and able to help with questions or if things went wrong. Both the tv and the hairdryer in my room did not work. The staff was able to fix the tv very quickly but I didn't bother to ask them to fix the hairdryer until the last day. |

The breakfast was good. Big range of food. The restaurant was being referbished, but the food however was nice. The room was not up to date. The free bottle of water was missing. Only 2 different coffees. Strong espresso and de-caf..!!Restaurant being referbished, and nothing given in compensation..!! |

Friendly personnel, switches between language easily. Welcoming atmosphere (also towards kids). They're rebuilding a part of the ground floor at the moment, so it is very noisy in the lobby. Of course, it is temporary. |

Very good location. The fascade of the building is ugly. There was a funny smell in the hallway. Other than that no complaints. |

The staff in particular were a credit to the name. I thought that for the money this was an excellent choice. Buffet breakfast was the best I've had in any hotel. Steam room wasn't working. |

Overlooking the wonderful central station building this is a very good hotel. Helpful staff, smart rooms and excellent breakasts. Not cheap - but well worth the money if you fancy a city break in this really great city. |

Located centraly though 10 minutes to walk to the old town. Staff were nice and responsive to requests. Had initially received a smelly room with a window that did not opened but this was changed (even upgraded) at first request. Rich breakfast. A little bit weary. |

The hotel was very modern and the room was well furnished. The bed comfortable and the room not too warm. Breakfast was well worth the extra money,lovely room and excellent selection. The air freshner in the corridors was overpoweringly sweet and floral. |

The location was exellent,and found getting around the city very easy,plus the reception staff were very helpfull Just one point, we found the bed cover to be to heavy and hot.lighter bedding would have been prefered |

Couldnt fault the hotel, it was clean, comfortable with nice views over the city, plenty parking, checking in and out was easy - late check out available until 5pm - all staff friendly & extremely helpful. Food in the hotel was good, slightly overpriced, but something for all budgets. The surrounding area was kinda crummy with strip bars and porn shops down the street! |

The hotel is very central and was very handy for everything we wanted to do during our stay. It's got an easily accessible car park, with plenty of space. I especially liked the generous sized room we had and the swimming pool, jacuzzi and fitness centre. Nothing. The staff were very generous and accommodating. I can't fault you. |
