Este hotel de lujo está en plena zona de los Diamantes, justo enfrente de la estación central de Amberes y del zoológico. Cuenta con alojamiento cómodo y un centro de bienestar con piscina cubierta. Las habitaciones del Radisson BLU Astrid Antwerp están decoradas con buen gusto y tienen baño privado con artículos de aseo gratuitos. Están equipadas con conexión Wi-Fi gratuita de alta velocidad y TV de pantalla plana con canales por cable y de pago. Los huéspedes pueden desayunar mientras contemplan la plaza Astrid. Good location, very quiet rooms for a city centre hotel, rooms are reasonable size, housekeeping very good, staff are very friendly, hi- speed wifi is excellent (and free). Close to railway station and airport bus. Value for money was fair. Not too much to complain about if one is being reasonable.

Came over from Ireland with girlfriend as I wanted to visit a film festival in the City. Another friend also stayed in the hotel, in a different room of course. We had a very pleasurable stay, the hotel bar was very nice and the staff, from the waiters to the receptionists, were very accommodating and genial.

Great staff. Diana at the front desk went out of her way to try to book us a restaurant. Unfortunately, nobody at the restaurant answered the phone for hours. Diana was responsive and called us back to inform us of the problem... No waiting or wondering. This demonstrated the principle of accountability and ownership - try to solve the problem and keep the customer informed in all cases.

I absolutely loved my stay at Radisson blu -- the staff was exceptional, every level! Front desk guys were tremendously helpful and rescued me by calling a taxi to the place where I was stuck not knowing where to go at 11 pm on a rainy night. Jamal at the restaurant was very professional and friendly, and so were his staff at the bar as well. Cleaning staff -- helpful, quick and thorough. I am coming back in February for a second 5-night visit!

room had a good size, free Wireless, very friendly personnel, equipment to make tea in the room, maybe just a detail: they have real hangers for the clothes and not the typical hotel hangers without a hook.

Friendly staff, especially Guner and Robin on the information desk. They were both so helpful and polite. The hotel was really clean with a relaxed atmosphere. Would definately stay there again.

Hotel nearby Central Station, busses and the subway. Clean rooms, great beds. In the standard room there was also a Nespresso machine. Great ambiance and great breakfast.

Really nice staff who went that extra mile. Nice modern hotel in the diamond district. Secure underground parking. Comfortable bed and pillows. Really hard to find good pillows these days, so it was nice to see they had actually thought about this. Kettle didn't work, not that we said anything to the staff, as I'm sure they would have replaced it promptly had we asked.
