Excellent service. Our first room the airconditioning didn't work and they had no issues in changing us to another room. Staff was great! |

the breakfast was good; the hotel is quite near the station and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby; the cinema is also 5min walking. the decoration of the hotel (and general environment) could be a bit more personalized. |

Friendly staff, recieved an upgrade as a birthday compliment.Spacious room and close to the train station. The bathroom zas a little outdated and not perfectly cleen. |

Very nicely renovated rooms, very nice interior, all very tidy. The area around the Astrid Square is really 'down town', so not very nice to go out at night! (unsafe feeling) |

Very warm in he room. There is no possibility to open a window with poorly working airco. Sick building syndrom.They advertize to have a very good breakfast, while all the fruit is from cans.... Quite a walk from the city centre. |

Spacious and very comfortable room. Free Wi-Fi - Health Club Spa . Late check out 3pm. Very nice brunch (included in the room price) with lots of choices. Staff very friendly. Location I assumed that in a Executive suite they would provide us with a bathrobe. That would be great when going to the Spa on the 1st floor. |

the hotel staff was not very friendly and we really felt not very welcome from the start on. Especially the reception staff is very unkind and untrained at all. |

Very positive experience! The personnel is extremely helpful! Location of the hotel is perfect, rooms are clean and very cozy, breakfast is great, and food in the restaurant is delicious. This the second time we are staying in the hotel, if we travel to Antwerp again, this is definitely the place we are going to stay. |
