Very good restaurant - far exceeded expectations. Great location - especially for the Zoo. The hotel in general was much better than we expected - despite being to full capacity on the Saturday night. We got a room down grade! We had booked the deluxe room & ended up in a standard room at the standard price :((( Fist time we have ever had a room downgrade!!! Traffic in Antwerp is hellish - but not much the Radisson can do about that... |

The service and the staff were second to none. We travel a good deal and have had some excellent experiences elsewhere. However, the staff here stood out as being exceptional. |

Really good breakfast! Not a problem to get a table table even when the hotel was filled up completely. Nice sauna and steamroom. Really well equipped fitness room.Quiet at the 8th floor day and night. Nice, big towels in bathroom. Good location if you can walk for 10 minutes. Hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. Small pool with room for only 2 swimming grown ups. If kids are in the pool it is not easy to swim. |

It's a very nice hotel on a very central place in the city. Just 2 minutes walk from Central Station and other public transport, nearby shopping center. |

The hotel is very comfortable and has a very good restaurant with excellent staff (Birsen, one of the waitresses was exceptional!). The only possible drawback is that it is located about a 10-15 walk from the historical centre. However, if arriving by train, it is just across the square from the magnificent Gare Centrale. |

The Radisson BLU Astrid was very conveniently situated right in the centre of Antwerp with great acccess to transport and within easy walking distance of both the shopping area and the wonderful old town. We found the staff at the hotel very friendly and helpfull and would happily return if we were to visit Antwerp again We found that many of the local Taxi drivers found the drop of and pick up difficult because of the lack of space at the front of the hotel. |

We stayed in one of the recently renovated one-bed apartment suites on the third floor. It is very spacious and furnished to excellent spec. with equipment as described; enormous marble-tiled bathroom; two televisions - in bedroom and living room. Although designed primarily for a couple, there was ample room in the living area for extra bed for our teenage daughter. Excellent location opposite Central Railway Station for connections on Eurostar and local railways; and next door Antwerp Zoo, and tramlines to other parts of town.Hotel had very modern clean decor; good atmosphere in bar with piano music in evenings at weekend. Although the room overlooked the main square Koningin Astrid Plein it was quiet at nightime. Soundproofing was a slight problem with the trend for wooden flooring one could hear footsteps in the mornings from staff in the dining room on the floor below, and from the adjoining room. Water in pool and spa was cold. Pool rather small, but then this is not a resort hotel. |
