Lovely rooms with good facilities. Breakfast in the dining room was first rate

The internet wasn't working when we arrived and the communication from the staff regarding an ETA for a repair was not good.

Room was not cleaned and didn't have a "do not disturb" sign on door. Internet was very difficult to log on. Had to do downstairs

We liked the staff and the food was good. The beds were comfortable.

The outside entrance was dirty. It needed to be washed. The color of the hotel on the outside is not good it doesn't fit in with the rest opf the area.We wanted toget a small breakfast in the breakfast area and they charged us 22 Euros each for 1 cup of coffee and a croissant.terrible

It was old a lot of deferred maintenance fitness center compared to brussels--a disaster. Wifi not reliable

19 euro car park. I arrived at around 7pm and left at 06:30. Very expensive car parking I feel when I am already paying to stay.

Relaxed atmosphere. Lovely rooms/breakfast room over looking the square and centraal station. Very good breakfast fresh with good variety and choice. Perfect situation to see sights in city.

lack of choice for vegetarian diet in main restaurant. Only had one meal during stay. The noodles over cooked, unimaginative meal.

I do visit a lot of hotels ... this one is close to perfection: very luxury, one of the most impressive breakfast buffets I know, very gentle , excellent staff and service!

Honestly.... nothing

Seen better Ibis hotels! Radisson have lost my business. Hotel decor is dated, wifi is limited. Very overpriced and not what you would expect from a Radisson hotel. Swimming pool / jacuzzi area filled with children on inflatables. No proper restaurant, poor choice at breakfast, air con didn't work properly, 10 minutes better you got hot water...don't waste your money, go elsewhere!

unpleasant odour in main foyer and corridor outside bedroom (fortunately not in room itself). Overpowering sprays to try to mask the smell.

When checking in we asked for bath robes and slippers in order to use the spa, which never arrived (although there was someone knocking on our door after midnight...)

I really liked the fact that i could check-in before 14:00 as the room was ready. This was was a big plus. It was clean and well situated

room was lovely, staff werebextremely freindly, competant and helpful. Easy to get too, 2 min walk from main Station. excellent location for shopping, directly in the city centre.
