Score from 1017 reviews Very good
Lack of interest and no dedicated attention by staff. Too many questions posed about my partner. Price/quality ratio very poor. Very expensive for the actual services provided. Lack of professional service.
SPA area to small and not realy clean. Pool and Sauna small and seems the heating system did not worked correctly.
Close to where we wanted to be (Central Station and the Zoo) Swimming pool Comfortable beds - also the extra bed we got for a child.
Located near shopping area and few minutes from train station. Stuff is kind and helpful, room spacious and clean. Breakfast is really good!
Long time to wait for taxi's!
Staff, location, breakfast (great selection if cheese). Will stay again.
Room ready for renovation.
Perfect location superb and very spacious room
- fantastic breakfast - great view - quiet, clean, comofrtable room
Very costly udring week days. Other options near to this hotel with much better prices are avaialble.
Old room, standard old style.
Super location on the zoo and central station. Great parking.
They tried to charge products from the minibar. When I asked them what did I use from the minibar they told me it was the nuts. I told them that I did not use the nuts and then they responded that it was two biers. I told them again that I did not use the minibar to respond to me that it was the pringles. I responded once more that I did not use the minibar and they finally agreed with me.
Great location - walking distance to almost anything. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Highly recommended!
It's quite an old hotel. I had to complain about various issues with my room and they gave me an upgrade for one of my three nights. They did this via a message on the TV which decided to continuously wake me up every hour starting around 1 am.
Comfortabele kamer, heerlijke bedden.
Ontvangst receptie,geen meedenkend personeel.
Parking is horrible and no space left when we arrived back after midnight.
Great location, good service.
Charged 8 Euros for a splash of milk for morning tea.
The breakfast for its quality and its view of the Square and Station
You can not stop your car in front of the hotel as there is a tram line. The car park has a closed door with a sign, approach and it will open, it did not, and you have to be at 90% to the door in a narrow busy road
I love the room and location also i had very nice view from window.. The breakfast was nice..
I woud say better had more plugs in the room
Room Breakfast Logisitic
waiting too much to register or get an information
The bathroom was malfunctioning and management did not put any effort in repairing or providing an alternative room
Location, onsite secure underground car park (€19/day is fine, considering how expensive it is to park in Antwerp), view of the square in front of the central station, TV channel selection is excellent, bathrooms are nice, standard room is decent size.
Noise insulation of windows not very good, but you can ask for a quiet room (it just won't have a spectacular view:) .. bed was average but acceptable, breakfast expensive (€21, I skipped it, there's plenty of good options within a 5 min walk)
Location Comfort Reasonable facilities - swimming pool, gym etc - but SMALL so fairly permanently crowded
Maid service a bit all over the place. never had things replaced fully or properly. Towels sometimes not taken away - whereas bathroom items weren't put in place. lots of de-caffeinated coffee sachets - not supplemented by ordinary coffee. Annoying to have to go down to reception to claim our just desserts!! Shame really - staff lovely, just slightly inept....
Room is good. Jacuzzi in swimmingpool is good. Antwerp zoo is good. The city Feestzaal was beautiful.
Antwerp is very shabby, dirty, filthy, and poor. Wifi in the room is sooooo bad.
