La hall, il centro benessere e un'abbondante colazione. Mi aspettavo una camera piu' bella e un bagno piu' nuovo e curato dato il prezzo pagato. |

Ho soggiornato solamente una volta sola e per guai di vettore aereo sono persino arrivato con più ore di ritardo e quindi non ho avuto spazio per poter prendere conoscenza e visione di tutto quanto viene offerto. La mia prima impressione è stato molto positiva anche se limitata nel tempo. Nessuno in modo particolare. Anche se non centra in questa inchiesta, mi ha procurato qualche difficoltà l'essere confrontato con la lingua locale veramente tosta. |

Personale molto disponibile Mancanza di trasparenza nell utilizzo della carta di credito. Hanno chiesto vasta disponibilità sulla carta, senza dare spiegazione, bloccando una somma uguale quasi al 200% dell importo previsto per il pernottamento. Questo ha comportato difficoltà nell utilizzo ulteriore della carta, visto che ho un plafone da rispettare. |

The location is amazing We did not realize how centrally placed the hotel is. The jacuzzi was cold definately no more than 15 - 18 degC. It makes it uncomfortable for sitting in for any length of time. Temperature could be increased without breeching health and safety requirements. |

The location and the view from the room were very convinient. The room was comfortale and ig enogh, I like the availability of the fitness 24h, and also the swimming pool and sauna the informaion on check in was not clear. |

The general quality of the hotel is very good and the hotel staff are a credit to them. We were disappointed the Spa facilities particularly as this was one of the deciding factors for our stay. The pool was much smaller than we had anticipated, the steam room was not working at all and the hot tub was most definately not hot. |

Comfort business room was really comfortable, beatiful veiw, excellent breakfast, spa, room service, good location, comfortable parcking (may be desired to be less expensive) poor light in the room (each lamp should be switched on separetly by prehistoric switches that first have to be discovered in the darknss)/ It was qiute cold in the room and draught in the spa-area. |

Very good restaurant - far exceeded expectations. Great location - especially for the Zoo. The hotel in general was much better than we expected - despite being to full capacity on the Saturday night. We got a room down grade! We had booked the deluxe room & ended up in a standard room at the standard price :((( Fist time we have ever had a room downgrade!!! Traffic in Antwerp is hellish - but not much the Radisson can do about that... |

The service and the staff were second to none. We travel a good deal and have had some excellent experiences elsewhere. However, the staff here stood out as being exceptional. |

Really good breakfast! Not a problem to get a table table even when the hotel was filled up completely. Nice sauna and steamroom. Really well equipped fitness room.Quiet at the 8th floor day and night. Nice, big towels in bathroom. Good location if you can walk for 10 minutes. Hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. Small pool with room for only 2 swimming grown ups. If kids are in the pool it is not easy to swim. |

It's a very nice hotel on a very central place in the city. Just 2 minutes walk from Central Station and other public transport, nearby shopping center. |
