私が接したスタッフ全てが、親切かつ丁寧に対応してくれました。部屋は清潔かつ広々としており、快適に過ご- すことができました。 駐車場料金が別料金でした。 |

アメリカ系のホテルチェーンだけあって、アメニティが充実していた。ヨーロッパのホテルでリンスがあったの- は珍しい。部屋も十分に広く、朝食は駅を望みながら雰囲気の良いところで取ることができる。コーヒーを部屋- に持って帰れるところもいい。 駐車場が判りにくい。駅周辺は一方通行も多く、迷った挙句、駅の駐車場にいったん駐車。徒歩でホテルに向か- う時に小さな表示を発見。駅を背に、ホテル右側の細い道路側に入口がありました。 |

駐車場の入り口表示がありわかりやすかった。ベビーカーや車椅子用にエレベーターも着いていた。ベビーベッ- ドをリザーブしていたが、部屋にないことに気づき、たまたま近くにいたスタッフにお願いしたらすぐに持って- きてくれた。プールやサウナもあり、気軽に浮き輪を使って子供と入れて良かった。また宿泊したい。 駐車場のは入り口のシャッターが閉まっており、一度フロントに行かないと入れないことが不便だった。いった- ん停める路駐のスペースがなく、隣のパーキングに停めた。 |

ロケーションは中央駅前でトラムの乗り場も目の前にあり、ホテルに自動車を置き市内観光ができるのでパーフ- ェクトに近いです。動物園も至近。 私たちを担当してくれた方々は笑顔を絶やさず親切で対応も良かったが、他の方は対応がいまいちのようでした- 。 |

立地は駅前で最高です。朝食のある2階ダイニングも中央駅の建物が目の前に見えて雰囲気もよく、ビュッフェ- メニューも十分でとても満足です。スタッフの方もにこやかに対応してくれて少々待ち時間がかかっても気にな- りませんでした。7階の部屋はアントワープの街が一望出来、素敵でした。ホテルと同一敷地内にある水族館に- は子供の遊び場がいくつかあり子供も大満足でした。ホテルから数分で駅前の動物園にもアクセスでき、また街- の中心部へも徒歩15分くらいで行けるのでとてもよかったです。 ポーターの方が少ないようでチェックアウト時の荷物を自分で運ばなければいけなかったこと。 |

The location and the view from the room were very convinient. The room was comfortale and ig enogh, I like the availability of the fitness 24h, and also the swimming pool and sauna the informaion on check in was not clear. |

The general quality of the hotel is very good and the hotel staff are a credit to them. We were disappointed the Spa facilities particularly as this was one of the deciding factors for our stay. The pool was much smaller than we had anticipated, the steam room was not working at all and the hot tub was most definately not hot. |

Comfort business room was really comfortable, beatiful veiw, excellent breakfast, spa, room service, good location, comfortable parcking (may be desired to be less expensive) poor light in the room (each lamp should be switched on separetly by prehistoric switches that first have to be discovered in the darknss)/ It was qiute cold in the room and draught in the spa-area. |

Very good restaurant - far exceeded expectations. Great location - especially for the Zoo. The hotel in general was much better than we expected - despite being to full capacity on the Saturday night. We got a room down grade! We had booked the deluxe room & ended up in a standard room at the standard price :((( Fist time we have ever had a room downgrade!!! Traffic in Antwerp is hellish - but not much the Radisson can do about that... |

Really good breakfast! Not a problem to get a table table even when the hotel was filled up completely. Nice sauna and steamroom. Really well equipped fitness room.Quiet at the 8th floor day and night. Nice, big towels in bathroom. Good location if you can walk for 10 minutes. Hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. Small pool with room for only 2 swimming grown ups. If kids are in the pool it is not easy to swim. |

It's a very nice hotel on a very central place in the city. Just 2 minutes walk from Central Station and other public transport, nearby shopping center. |

The hotel is very comfortable and has a very good restaurant with excellent staff (Birsen, one of the waitresses was exceptional!). The only possible drawback is that it is located about a 10-15 walk from the historical centre. However, if arriving by train, it is just across the square from the magnificent Gare Centrale. |

Very efficient and professional staff. Extremely comfortable room. We were given an upgrade to an apartment and appreciated it very much. It was spacious and luxurious. The lighting was too dim. |
