Vi fick ett jättefint mottagande och blev väl informerade om hotellet och staden av kvinnan i receptionen. Fin service på hotellet med alltid trevligt bemötande. Kanonläge nära tågstation och shopping stråk. Generös fest på kvällen i hotellets foaje då vi var gäster med ett av banden som bodde där under sin turne. Mycket bra frukost. Faktum är att våra mörka möbler var dammiga när vi intog rummet. Belysningen i badrummet var under all kritik, näst intill urusel. Minibaren löjligt dyr. Vi skickade ett mail via hotellets hemsida några dagar innan vår ankomts där vi frågade om lite restauranger i staden men vi fick inte ens något svar på det mailet, ganska dåligt. Det är ingen ide att ha en mailadress för frågor om ni ändå inte avser svara. |

The location is amazing We did not realize how centrally placed the hotel is. The jacuzzi was cold definately no more than 15 - 18 degC. It makes it uncomfortable for sitting in for any length of time. Temperature could be increased without breeching health and safety requirements. |

The location and the view from the room were very convinient. The room was comfortale and ig enogh, I like the availability of the fitness 24h, and also the swimming pool and sauna the informaion on check in was not clear. |

The general quality of the hotel is very good and the hotel staff are a credit to them. We were disappointed the Spa facilities particularly as this was one of the deciding factors for our stay. The pool was much smaller than we had anticipated, the steam room was not working at all and the hot tub was most definately not hot. |

Comfort business room was really comfortable, beatiful veiw, excellent breakfast, spa, room service, good location, comfortable parcking (may be desired to be less expensive) poor light in the room (each lamp should be switched on separetly by prehistoric switches that first have to be discovered in the darknss)/ It was qiute cold in the room and draught in the spa-area. |

Very good restaurant - far exceeded expectations. Great location - especially for the Zoo. The hotel in general was much better than we expected - despite being to full capacity on the Saturday night. We got a room down grade! We had booked the deluxe room & ended up in a standard room at the standard price :((( Fist time we have ever had a room downgrade!!! Traffic in Antwerp is hellish - but not much the Radisson can do about that... |

The service and the staff were second to none. We travel a good deal and have had some excellent experiences elsewhere. However, the staff here stood out as being exceptional. |

Really good breakfast! Not a problem to get a table table even when the hotel was filled up completely. Nice sauna and steamroom. Really well equipped fitness room.Quiet at the 8th floor day and night. Nice, big towels in bathroom. Good location if you can walk for 10 minutes. Hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. Small pool with room for only 2 swimming grown ups. If kids are in the pool it is not easy to swim. |

It's a very nice hotel on a very central place in the city. Just 2 minutes walk from Central Station and other public transport, nearby shopping center. |

The hotel is very comfortable and has a very good restaurant with excellent staff (Birsen, one of the waitresses was exceptional!). The only possible drawback is that it is located about a 10-15 walk from the historical centre. However, if arriving by train, it is just across the square from the magnificent Gare Centrale. |

Very efficient and professional staff. Extremely comfortable room. We were given an upgrade to an apartment and appreciated it very much. It was spacious and luxurious. The lighting was too dim. |

The Radisson BLU Astrid was very conveniently situated right in the centre of Antwerp with great acccess to transport and within easy walking distance of both the shopping area and the wonderful old town. We found the staff at the hotel very friendly and helpfull and would happily return if we were to visit Antwerp again We found that many of the local Taxi drivers found the drop of and pick up difficult because of the lack of space at the front of the hotel. |
