Location is perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast buffet gives an enjoyable start to your day. Staff is well trained and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable.

Window/door could not be opened, no fresh air in the room only airconditioning.

Location The dining room menu was excellent and the food too, however there were too few service staff for the dinner service and so a long wait in between courses and to wait for the check.

The breakfast menu was appalling, the food was not fresh and, in some cases, risky to eat...I.E. 4 hour old eggs, which smelled and tasted off! The 22 Euro cost of breakfast was very poor value for money. The choice of food was very poor and I expected a breakfast service in the very least. Not good. The room service food menu was also very poor with a long wait and very little choice with late arrival dining. Finally, although nothing to do with the hotel, the taxi they booked for me back to the airport. The driver was aggressive, angry and just extremely unpleasant. It was a shame to end such a good trip on such a bad note!

Location and convenience with parking. Furthermore the view of the room was nice.

Rooms were small because of strange design. Furthermore their system kept on indicating incorrect booking which took time to resolve this was definitely a let down.

Location was ideal and all the staff were polite and professional. Very pleased with the breakfast and as we were with our dog it was nice touch providing some treats.

A healthy walk from shopping & historic city, this hotel immediately greets you leaving the Central train station. Staff are terrific--very friendly, conversant in English, knowledgable. Give accurate directions. Room is spacious, clean. Access easy and convenient. Internet readily available. Great view from our room on 7th floor. Breakfast very good. A Saturday market down the street was a sensual delight--pleasant aromas, good food for lunch, not to mention the colors of vegetables and flowers. Made our trip memorable, & reasonable.

Our non-smoking room was a floor above the smoking rooms & the stentch of smoke coming throught the bathroom ventillation woke us up both nights. Staff offered to change our room, but at 2am with unpacked suitcases & in pjs, who's about to move? I wasn'T. Closing the br door helped a little, window does open. They comped us breakfast & were most apologetic. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful.

I enjoyed the support from the staff and the location.

The location, though in the centre of city centre, is very much inconvenient because taxis can not stop in front of it even for a second! And I think this is the only hotel all over the world where no taxi is admitted to the hotel doorway and you have to carry your own luggage, no matter how big/heavy they are and how tired/shattered you are, up to your room. No sign of bellboy anyway both on arrival and departure! The rest for the hotel is just above the normal.

Breakfast buffet was fabulous!
