small but clean room. heating was fine. bath was ok. quiet area.
there was only soap, no shampoo or shower jel. it's far from city center. you'd better have a car to go to Brussels.
Handy for car travellers wanting easy access to Brussels and Waterloo Battlefield.
I found myself locked out when I went down to start packing the car at 9am. I assumed because check-out was available 8am to 10am that the door would be open at that time. It wasn't and I hadn't taken my key or doorcode down. My wife had them in the second-floor room and I had to start shouting up at the window to get her attention - very embarrassing.
We stayed at studio with private kitchenette. Everything was fine, studio was equipped well.
Nothing at all.
Parking and Internet
smell in the room was awful
We traveled from the UK with our car and the location was excellent: the hotel has ample off-road parking and it is located only a 20 mins. drive from Brussels city centre. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was great. Our room had a fridge and tea & coffee making facilities which were a bonus. The hotel guest kitchen is very well equipped to prepare your own breakfast or meal, and it has a lovely dining room area. There is also a very handy lift. We certainly enjoyed our stay and we would go back to this hotel.
On a main road so easy access to other locations.
The address on hotel conmunnications was in French. The address on the street was in Dutch. When I put the French address into the GPS it took me to a street in Brussels with the same address. Confusing if the hotel does not either use both or just 1. I had a hard time finding the location at night.
It was horrible. Would never go there. The room was meant to be non smoking, but it smelt of smoke. The bathroom was of a poor quality
Spamming my emails with different things. Very poor breakfast
It was even better than we expected. Two rooms with 2 bathrooms was very convenient for the family of 4. It was clean. The furniture was right enough. Overall very well equipped appartament hotel.
Nothing to really complain. Some lamps and toilet parts were broken, but it is a minor thing.
Great room, well fitted and comfortable.Full use of hotel kitchen is a bonus too,
Location, facilities, rooms and price.
Not clean enough. Dusty room nd spiderweb
Hotel was nice and clean. Quiet location.
All in all it was quite nice, but we stayed only for one night, so my opinion might be not representative. Room was clean and it was quiet.
It will be nice if the hotel made an earlier check-in. Be ready that it's not so easy to get to the city center without a car.
No many parking place for hotel
We took a last minute trip to Brussels and booked the room the night of. We didn't arrive until past midnight when there weren't any staff but they would able to get us in with an express check in via email. I was beyond impressed with the timeliness of handling the situation as well as the quality of our room. The only issue we has was the morning cleaner cart in the hard hallway floor was very loud in the morning and woke us both up. Other then that it's well worth the money!
No parking when we arrived and the cleaning cart woke us up in the morning.
room was too hot - only way to control it was to open the window
Next to the freeway.no shops arround.not very nice people
Preis, Größe des Zimmers, price, size of the room, free parking, bus station
no toilet paper available on this weekend, no second role of paper in the bathroom, new towels only on request during the week
Every night spent at the hotel was comfortable and quiet. There is a bus stop right in fron of the hotel that can take you downtown (45min).
Buses do stop early (11pm) which makes it difficult to experience the brewery and bars brussels has to offer. The location surrounding the hotel is very isolated, making food and entertainment difficult.
distance to Brussels
Elevator was broken. Unfriendly staff. Charged extra for dogs without notice.
the staff were helpful, there is a bus stop just opposite the hotel to go to the towncenter; there was a friendly atmosphere.
