Great room, well fitted and comfortable.Full use of hotel kitchen is a bonus too,
Location, facilities, rooms and price.
Not clean enough. Dusty room nd spiderweb
Hotel was nice and clean. Quiet location.
All in all it was quite nice, but we stayed only for one night, so my opinion might be not representative. Room was clean and it was quiet.
It will be nice if the hotel made an earlier check-in. Be ready that it's not so easy to get to the city center without a car.
No many parking place for hotel
We took a last minute trip to Brussels and booked the room the night of. We didn't arrive until past midnight when there weren't any staff but they would able to get us in with an express check in via email. I was beyond impressed with the timeliness of handling the situation as well as the quality of our room. The only issue we has was the morning cleaner cart in the hard hallway floor was very loud in the morning and woke us both up. Other then that it's well worth the money!
No parking when we arrived and the cleaning cart woke us up in the morning.
room was too hot - only way to control it was to open the window
Next to the freeway.no shops arround.not very nice people
Preis, Größe des Zimmers, price, size of the room, free parking, bus station
no toilet paper available on this weekend, no second role of paper in the bathroom, new towels only on request during the week
Every night spent at the hotel was comfortable and quiet. There is a bus stop right in fron of the hotel that can take you downtown (45min).
Buses do stop early (11pm) which makes it difficult to experience the brewery and bars brussels has to offer. The location surrounding the hotel is very isolated, making food and entertainment difficult.
distance to Brussels
Elevator was broken. Unfriendly staff. Charged extra for dogs without notice.
the staff were helpful, there is a bus stop just opposite the hotel to go to the towncenter; there was a friendly atmosphere.
hotel was clean and staff was nice
it's 2014. 400 Mb/day wifi data cap ?? hotel is very far from bruxelles if you intend to use transit
Fair price. Free parking.
The room was smelling not very good, and the room was quite small.
stuff is very helpful. clean room.
The room was really big and clean. There was free parking available in the Hotel. The price was awesome low for the region. The surrounds were very very quiet and calms.
You have to pay for more than 200mb of free wifi, in my case the free wifi was enough but... In the morning you can spend 1 hour and a half if you pretend to go to the city center (I mean Shuman Roundabout). They don't clean the room everyday (available with an extra cost)
The price. I think it is too expensive for basic services (well done) and quite far from the visiting places (although there is a metro station just across the street).
Room was clean and tidy, price was good
breakfast was very poor in fact it was non existent definitely not worth the amount asked for. Nowhere to buy anything either middle of nowhere
facilities good, big apartment
wifi is limited and only accept for check-in before 8:30 pm
Poor wifi. No staff to attend in need. No phone/intercom.
There is nothing extraordinary but everything is OK.
There is no shops nearby, so if you come in the evening there is no place to buy even water. Maybe they should provide few machines for drinks and some food. The one that they have did not work the first evening.
We liked the availability of kitchen facilities, and wi-fi, although having to log on again practically every time you browse the internet is a bit of a pain. The location of the accommodation was perfect for us: on the nicer and leafier side of Brussels, and giving easy access to everywhere we wanted to go: from the nearby Battlefields of Waterloo to as far afield as Bruges.
I'm a very keen reader, and was unhappy that not only was my bedside reading light not working, but that when I mentioned this at reception, nothing was ultimately done about it. I was told someone would look into it, but when I checked back later on, it turned out nothing had been done. In the end I had to improvise a reading lamp, which involved borrowing an extension cable from the reception. That was very disappointing. But it's my only complaint.
