There is nothing extraordinary but everything is OK.
There is no shops nearby, so if you come in the evening there is no place to buy even water. Maybe they should provide few machines for drinks and some food. The one that they have did not work the first evening.
Quietness, Calm, Privacy
Bargain for the paid price
Quietness like you are on your own. Peaceful environment for family. Polite staff always ready to help. Welcoming Management making you at ease.
Nothing to dislike.....honestly !!!!
Good location. Easy drive in to CBD.
Bed was hard, room too small. Lift dodgy
location was in quiet area and parking was free. value for money. Free wifi.
Arrival was a bit unsure with persons drinking and smoking by front door giving wrong initial impression. Cheap hotel and lack of investment is obvious in the rooms.
price, tideness and wifi
no airco( it was very hot) view on ventilation system
Nicely located and presented close to Waterloo centre-there is a Brocante every Sunday held in a Carrefour carpark-rooms very clean and appointed-like the interconnecting family room(we were in one)tea/coffee making facilities with kettle, microwave and small fridge-all in all a good place to stay.Very good Asian restaurant next door especially the self-service quality buffet with starters/main course/sweet/drinks on an "eat as much as you like" all- in formula.
Old CRT televisions date the style of property-could do with upgrading to flat screens(perfectly functional though) Lack of staff for arrivals Sat. pm and Sundays although code entry for front door easy to understand if instructions read carefully. Breakfast far too expensive so didn't have
Location, wifi, no air conditioner.
Very clear explain for express check-in, good price with basic equipment, bus station just near by, good hotel. Easy free parking.
The location. Self catering area nice and clean. Good parking. Friendly staff.
No air in the room, unable to open the window. Horrible, old towels. Dated bathroom. Extractor didn't work. Lumpy pillows.
The Chinese restaurant next door.it is in a lovely green area but the weather was against us so we were unable to enjoy it.
The hotel is on a very busy noisy road, there was no fresh air available as there was no air-con. You could not have a window open because of the noise. The breakfast was very over priced for what you got, you would be better off going to a cafe.
Comfy ensuite twin room. Onsite parking that you will have difficulty finding in central Brussels. Bus stop at the door.. Free coffee in reception.
Lack of breakfast facilities.
price and availability
poor limited wi-fi poor signage - could see the name on hotel limited staff availabilty
No food possibilities except the east restaurant
Excellent standard of cleanliness. Staff very friendly. Rooms very comfortable
The location. Very expensive to get to from local transport stations by taxi. There is a bus but you need the sheet from reception to ask where to get on and off on your stops as not much english is spoken on the transport. Would be perfect if you intend on hiring a car.
clean , and had good facilities
VERY far from the center.. There was some heat coming from the floor at night , it made the room really hot
almost everything, especially the beds.
T cars were slightly noisy and the internet limit was too low.
The rooms were big with a nice bathroom and the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and nice. We could cook as much as we wanted and eat at any time we wanted. We were 5.
Thwe receptionist told me that the kitchen will be renovated. We had problems puttig on the professional cooker. The kithchen is rather chaotic but we managed to cook.
It was in a lovely area, with shops and green spaces nearby. The staff were incredible, friendly and very helpful! The room was exactly what we expected and getting places from the hotel was very easy. There was a bus route right outside, and on one occasion we decided to the do walk into the centre which was very easy to follow. Would certainly recommend! We loved it!
Very nice staff and nice lobby.
The wifi not working in our room and our having to sit in the lobby to get it.
well equipped room, Thai restaurant around corner servers quality food. Enough space and free parking for car.
no possibilities to open window or refresh the air in another way.
cheap. but clean and convinient. genenaly speaking, staff is kind. nearby restorant is also good enought.
no body wash or soap, only hand wash is available. elevator is small and clattery.
noise from road around 2 in morning. breakfast was not worth 12 euro. The restaurant is managed by a different group from the hotel.
Free parking Helpful and nice personnel
Limited free wifi Old and smelly building
