staff were ok..
really hard to priortize.,
Unfriendly staff, only took headphones of when I started to talk. No french or dutch, hardly spoke English. Bathroom was dirty (toilet seat had obviously not been cleaned in several days) and so small you could hardly move. Water in the shower went all directions, impossible to keep towel and clothes dry when you left them in the bathroom. Decorative pillows on the bed were very dirty as well, with different stains. A lot of noise, very thin walls. Not ever am I coming back to this hotel.
Quiet surrounding during weekend Staff respond to my questions
1)Very small room, but big bathroom 2)Wifi did not have reception in my room (first floor), on EG was ok, good speed but low signal 3)The twin beds are awful, could now sleep well in one, have the tendancy to fall on one part.
This hotel is definitely NOT worth *** !!!
The location, close to the expo & metro station Free parking behind hotel, though a very messy one, with construction site garbage and normal garbage
Breakfast was slightly overpriced Dusty room Small bathroom
I was in an apartment on the ground floor. The ap was completely refurbished lets say 1 or 2 years ago and the pictures I saw in booking.com actually correlate to the room appearance. The bed was comfortable, the toilet and bathroom were clean. The apartment was not perfect (sometimes you can see an small defect in the room), but nothing relevant. One can walk 5-10 minutes and reach a tram station (line 3, last station). I could not make a better choice!
The hot water at shower could have a higher pressure.
Location: near to Highway, Royal Gardens &Atomium.
(No) cleanliness and no lifts.
The location was good.
Staff was nice, bed was very comfy, family room had separate sleeping area for the kids, hotel was walking distance from Brupark.
parking lot was tiny and filled with renovation debris. One of our tires picked up a screw on the way out. Breakfast looked very sparse for the 10 Euros a person they were trying to charge.
no problem with dogs
Awesome place. Very friendly and helpful people. A bit expensive, but not a bad deal.
Not too far from Tomorrowland by car.
Breakfast too expensive. Bathroom really too small and the room was small.
Parking place is available, good breakfast, helpful staff, ok if you say one night :)
very narrow stairs, no elevator, bathroom very small and unequipped, unconfortable and narrow bed. No power outlet in bathoom :(
Slightly far away, but well connected with public transportation. Good value for money
It was well located, and spacious.
It was a bit dirty, there was an old glass with cigarettes and alcohol on the windowsill and the linen didn't seem clean at all.
Rooms were very clean, the hotel is in the near vicinity of the number 3 tram's last station. The Atomium is about 10 minutes away by foot. Staff were very friendly and accomodating, WiFi strength was excellent. The room had its own shower and bathroom, flat screen TV, and we got turn down service every day. For 180 Euros for a double room and four nights that is excellent value.
Friendly staff, nice room and good value for money.
Easy access by car
The bed was a little soft
Limited car parting space
average ..nothing much to like
old refurbished property, overpriced
Staff were rude, ALL power sockets were litterally hanging out of the walls with live wires exposed. This hotel was not fit for guests. An injury waiting to happen.
The location: if you go by car the highway (Ring) is very near and it is easy to reach the airport Zaventem. It is also near the Athomium where you can take the subway from where it takes only 16 minutes to the South station Midi. The Wifi is very good. Further on the room was clean.
The carpet in the toilet and the very small sink. I had a single room on the 3th floor. If you travel with a lot of luggage (not my case) it is not easy because there is no elevator. In summer I think it will be hot by day but if you are out during the day that will not be a problem.
This hotel is refurbished and looks modern but its definitively not a 3 stars hotel. The staff is very friendly, the bathroom on room 13 was remodeled and look very modern (and was really clean). Beds were comfortable and the parking was free. Beverages were cheap. 10-15 min walk to the atomium with a good variety of restaurants and entertainment.
The room miss some details like easy to access electric sockets. The wifi was terrible. Some people talking really loud in the street till 1AM did not make it easy to sleep (this is not the hotel fault of course). There is no elevator but since I was on the first floor it was not so bad.
Cleanliness (must be greatly improved)
