Cleanliness, elevator, breakfast just ok. A bit more quality and comfort expected for the price. There's nothing so great about Bouillon to apply high prices to hotel rooms. At least, off summer, prices should be lowered. |

Hotel was very pretty and with pleasant location, and although the room was at the back of the hotel it was a large comfortable room, with large bathroom. The only problem was the size of the lift -it was tiny, and the location of the Staircase was not obvious. |

The Ardenne countryside and scenery, particularly Rochfort, was stunning. Castle worth a visit. Plenty of bars and restaurants close to the hotel. |

The setting of the hotel was superb and room had a great view of the river and down the valley through the rest of the village. Good breakfast The hotel had a slightly musty smell about it and its very dark, traditional decor was a little depressing. |

Have stayed before was ok last year & was ok this year, good base for exploring the area especially if you are on a motorcycle, close to the town centre for bars etc, would say reasonable value for money & will probally stay again. |

Friendly atmosphere, in a good situation by the river and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The roads on both sides of the hotel made it very noisy at night. |

Very nice location in Bouillon overlooking the river. We were upgraded to a river view due to an oversight for no extra charge, in hindsight we would pay the extra for a river view as it is much nicer. No English seems to be spoken at the hotel or in Bouillon as a whole which is a bonus as it gives you a chance to practice your French and get away from English people for a couple of days. |

Central location, with free publc parking just across the street. Good free wi-fi in the large, comfortable room. Energy-saving lightbulbs have made European hotel corridors dim, shadowy places! |

Excellent location,good but very limited breakfast.Very good restaurant. Difficult to speak anything but french.There are only 2-3 employees for both hotel and restaurant which makes service quite slow.Shure not 4 stars, maybe 2 max 3. Needs desperatly renovation. |

Das Hotel liegt zentral, das Frühstück ist ausreichend, jeden Morgen wurde ohne Aufpreis unsere Wanderteekanne mit heißem Wasser gefüllt. Vor und direkt hinter dem Hotel liegen 2 viel befahrene Straßen. Es war auch nachts sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind klein und beengt, das Bett ist sehr schmal. Die Dusche mit 60 mal 60cm und einer Einstiegsbreite von 30cm ist auch für Normalgewichtige eine Herausforderung. |

zeer ruime familiekamer, met alle nodige comfort aanwezig. Het onthaal was in een gemoedelijke sfeer. Het ontbijt (buffetvorm) was verzorgd en werd voldoende bijgevuld. De minibar op de kamer was een aangenaam pluspunt en de prijzen zeer democratisch. |

Zentrale Lage im Ort, Parkplätze direkt am Hotel, Blick direkt auf die Semois, wenn man ein Fenster vorne raus nimmt. Schlüssel sollen an der Rezeption abgegeben werden, aber niemand paßt so richtig darauf auf. |
