Great location on the river. Comfortable hotel, and a short walk to the Chateau. We had a large family room for three people with a view of the river. No complaints, we liked everything about this hotel.

The staff was welcoming, the facility was quaint and the location was excellent. I was a little disappointed we didn't get a room with a view, as there didn't seem to be many guests in the hotel. It would have been nice to see the Semois from our window, but we were there overnight only so it wasn't a huge deal for us.

Charme d'un hotel ancien très correctement rénové aux normes actuelles. Chambres vue sur Semois, spacieuses et comfortables. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Bien situé et calme malgré bord de route 828. Accueil chaleureux tant par le propriétaire que par le personnel. Cuisine simple mais correcte à prix raisonnables. Etape parfaite pour le circuit d'affaires pour ceux qui ne sont pas des inconditionnels des chaînes aseptisées ! Je m'y arrêterai encore, si possible pour plus d'une nuit.

Klassevol hotel in het centrum Van Bouillon met een prachtig interieur een prma bediening en lekker eten. Het rooksalon was een meevaller voor sommigen van ons gezelschap.

De rust was zeer aangenaam. Kamer was ruim. Zodra je uit de kamer stapt vliegt de nicotinelucht in je gezicht. In het hele hotel heerts een zware rooklucht van tabak. Voor niet-rokers is dit zeer onaangenaam. Zelfs in de lift moest je een hand voor je gezicht houden. Langer dan vijf minuten in lobby/beneden zitten zat er helaas niet in. Erg jammer want om deze reden zullen wij dit hotel niet meer bezoeken.

Rien a redire au niveau de la restauration et de la propreté des chambres et de l'hôtel J'ai par contre était très déçu de la salle de bain,en effet celle-ci ne correspondait en rien aux photos mises sur le site, nous avons eu une salle de bain minuscule sombre avec un chauffage que nous n'avons jamais réussi à mettre en route et en guise de porte entre la salle de bain et la chambre ; une porte accordéon!!!

- Bonne localisation: proche du centre ville de Bouillon à pieds et curiousités (Archéoscope, Musée Ducale et Château de Bouillon); - Le personnel était accueillant et serviable; - Petit déjeuner très bien (Inclus dans le prix de chambre!); - Bonne literie; - Suffisamment de sorties de bains et essuis de bains; - Bon prix-qualité. - Pas de vraie porte entre la chambre et salle de bains; - Pas de vraie porte entre la chambre et WC; - Les chambres étaient vétustes mais propres; - Chambre arrière très petite!

Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen, heeft zeer ruime kamers en alle gewenste comfort. Het specialiteitenmenu met wildgerechten was zeer goed en lekker. Maar ook de kinderen hebben zich enorm gped gevonden wat voor ouders altijd al een enorm pluspunt is. Mogelijks iets meer variatie in het ontbijt, al was het op zich zeker al genietbaar.

La situation géographique et le sourire du personnel de salle malgrè le sous effectif fortement ressenti... Cet hôtel a un besoin urgent d'être relooké...l'ensemble de la déco est de très mauvais goût . la chambre mal occultée, vieillote, mal insonorisée, mal agencée ,la table de chevet est au pied du lit etc, le chauffage de la sdb ne fonctionne pas , j'ai été dérangée par les bruits de la rue, obligée de fermer le radiateur de ma chambre , son fonctionnement occasionnait un "martèlement " continu ..résultat j'ai eu froid Le repas pris le soir en salle a duré 4h00... D'une longueur infernale et de qualité très moyenne pour le prix donné ( légumes congelés, dessert de grande distribution, ce qui était annoncé sur la carte ne se retrouvait pas dans l'assiette , les girolles par ex... )
