The Wi Fi was very quick and easy to access.
location was difficult to find décor was very black and dark
I went for the location plus the price: easy walk from&to Brussels Midi/Sud train station. Clean room, good bed without creaks, shower hot & reasonably strong. Reasonably quiet street.
Poor sound proofing, making any noises from corridor & adjacent rooms quite audible.
Close to Midi train station. Perfect for transit but I wouldn't stay more than one night. 15 minute walk to Grand Place (although not a pleasant neighborhood)
Small room. Cable tv has a selection of 15 channels that I wouldn't watch any way.
Beautiful bedoom, clean bathroom, helpul staff, convenient location!
It is close to the midi zuid train station. The service is ok. Nothing special but clean and comfortable. Breakfast good and buffet
It is far from the center and main attractions the rooms are very small and the wifi doest work in the rooms, only in corridors or next to the door.
The Staff is not Cooperative.
Smell Coming from the Room and noise of traffic.
Room was neat, bed was big, it felt like a class above the area. Staff was helpful too. Bathroom was clean. Everything was pretty good at this place.
Everything was fine
The district in which the hotel is settled is a bit poor nowdays.
Location is superb, it's only 10 mins away walking from Midi Eurostar station, and it's about 20 mins away walking to the grand place. The breakfast is provided. Juice and bottle water are provided which is great. There's no kettle and hair dryer in the room, but you can request them at the reception. Wifi is quick.
The only down side was the room doesn't has air con, so we have to open the window, however there were mosquitos that we got some bites unfortunately.
Clean and tidy.
Staff just couldn't be bothered
Location - very close to Brussels Midi rail station. Scruffy area - lots of rail stations are like that though! Daytime, no problem - after dark a wee bit scary. Nice restaurant next door & no need to venture far. Small rooms but plenty big enough for a superbly comfortable bed & ensuite shower room.
Poor WiFi and lack of tv in English. Neither would prevent a re-visit which will happen as soon as possible !
- Modern interior, newly renovated - Clean - Included all needed amenities - Keyless entry doors - Very silent, no sound from the street
- Windows of my room was to the inner yard, where some strange sound was always heard, so had to close my windows for the night - No radiator if you want to dry smth
1. The room was spacious, with the basic requirements to make one comfortable. 2. The breakfast on a next door restaurant was average and good though with not many options. 3.The staff were helpful though their level of comprehension of the English language was abit low.
1. The available TV channels are only in French and and no option of English. 2. The room cleaning services linen changing services are not done on a daily basis. 3. in case you have a late day flight out of Brussels the hotel is not flexible for
-It's near Gare du midi metro station. -Breakfast included. -Value for money.
-The staff doesn't speak English, and some of them are weird. -The area isn't the best in Brussels, there are no lights during the night outside the streets near the hotel.
The standard of its cleanliness is very low, not much up to a name of hotel. it is just a hostel，but may be even less than the name of hostel。 if i did not consider its location when i booked from booking，i might not choose it。 1. The reception is extremely unprofessional. 2.The room is small and low sound－proofing。The quilt is moist and dirty, we had to sleep with own clothes. 3. The bathroom totally ruined by low quality towel that is moist and thin，by the dirty glass for tooth washing（how can you use it? ,by terrible drainer through which shower water hardly drained away。 i wonder that did we just have the worst room ? or all the same. Overall, this hotel is dirty and low quality, which can not provide good condition for well sleeping.
Its located near the Brussels-midi station，so its very convenience if you have to catch the early train next day. You just have to walk around 15-20 mins. Friendly remind you that when you go out of the station， must follow the railway then turn right，you will see on the map clearly！Cos its so dangerous if you turn left and never walk around the Jamar street which is for your own safety! I've been thru it : ( I have to say thank you so much for the helpful & friendly staffs who helped me a lots when I had a really tough time while I stayed! Millions thx, you guys are the best^^
Very noise at the nite time, the ppl on the street talked so loud & fight. But you are a deep sleeper, it won't be a problem!
Room was clean and fine. Breakfast was ok and the wifi was fine just in the reception but not in the room.
Surroundings are quite shady.
The only thing good about this hotel was that it was so cheap it was all down hill from there
Really hot in the room with no air circulation, the tv was broken. Door didn't lock to the shared balcony. They were building in the room next to ours which woke us up early everyday with drills and hammers, when we first arrived the man at reception treated us as if we were an inconvenience and the lift was all ways unavailable as the cleaning staff constantly used it, sometimes we could wait 10 minutes for the lift. The shower facility is small and broken and the room layout is very cramped.
We liked the location - close to the railway station and on the way to the city center. Breakfast was ok.
Wi-fi was weak. No air conditioning, the window can't be opened partially, which is uncomfortable for sleeping. The city area is not safe. The price seems too much for the quality, but it's normal for Brussels.
Rooms extremely small for older couples and you have a very small place to put your suitcases.
Very friendly staff. Within walking distance of the train station. Breakfast was very good.
we stayed only for one night. the location is great but the hotel is 2* level, i would not call it a 3*. the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. there is nothing else to mention really. the decor is poor and very plain. we will probably not stay here again
the decor is very basic and plain, the hotel needs a face lift.
Breakfast was pretty good Desk was nice and available
Internet slow as hell (I probably should have asked the staff about it) Lift was so slow I used the stairs - normally reserved to staff Facilities looked cheap and unfinished
The room was not big, but had everything we wanted. It has a good value for money.
The room we stayed did not have very good soundproof. We can hear the cars outside in the early morning.
nice breakfast in the atmospheric bar next door, friendly staff let us keep our bikes upstairs in the room with us, room was small but comfortable enough
fairly cramped conditions and i could see how it might get noisy with other patrons (it was fine when we were there). Location isn't right in the heart of Brussels or in a nice neighbourhood.
