staff. Room was just acceptable but noise outside was constant all night..DRUNKS noise and general delapidated state of the annex rooms that we stayed in...so poor we vacated after one night BUT had to pay for TWO!!!! |

Zeer positief, hartelijke ontvangst en verzorging van het ontbijt ook zeer goed. Tevens bedankt dat wij onze auto nog mochten laten staan in de parking terwijl wij onze tweede dag van de Blankenbergse 2-daagse konden uitlopen. |

La qualité de l'accueil n'a d'égal que la générosité et la gourmandise du petit déjeuner et du restaurant que nous avions déjà testé.Cette fois, nous avons essayé l'espace relaxation privé, idéal pour un moment d'évasion et de détente en couple.La situation de l'hotel à deux pas de la plage, des commerces et du casino est idéale. Un excellent rapport qualité/ prix. |

De medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk en dienstbaar. Onze badkamer, kamer 18 in het Annexgebouw, was aan een opknapbeurt toe. ( Er kwam bijv. koud water uit de warmwaterkraan en andersom.) |

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Wenn man die Nähe zum Strand und zur Fußgängerzone braucht liegt das Hotel optimal mittendrin. Das Azaert Annex sollte man nicht mit dem 4-Sterne-Hotel Azaert verwechseln! Die Fotos sind vom 4-Sterne Gebäude. Das von uns genutzte Zimmer im Annex war alt, klein und ziemlich abgelebt. Den Teppichboden haben wir mal besser nicht barfuß betreten. Der Schrank war im Bad, das ganze Haus hellhörig. Straßenlärm war sehr laut. Dafür war es zu teuer. |

L'extrême amabilité du personnel, sa disponibilité. Le petit déjeuner très varié, copieux, servi par un personnel très convivial. Le cadre de l'hôtel raffiné. 2 lits au lieu d'un grand lit. Le parking qui n'est pas d'un accès. |
