Personalet oppmerksomme, behagelige og ga utmerket service uten å være påtrengende. Hotellet sentralt beliggende i stille gate. Ja! Mangel på myggnetting (rom ut mot kanal) - viktig når rommet ikke har air-condition. |

Its location was excellent, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and decor was nice. They were also able to accommodate my request which was a bonus. It was nice to be in an individual hotel rather than a big chain and there were nice little touches like having a radio in the room as well as the usual tv, the bar was open very late and the location was very peaceful. The hotel could have been a bit more eco friendly - they threw away the barely used handsoap every day and replaced it with a fresh one, and I would have liked the option to keep my towel to stop them washing it every day. |

The hotel has a certain (albeit becoming rather faded)old world charm. It is getting a little tatty and could do with some refurbishment. |
