Excellent location, spacious room with all necessary facilities for longer stay.

In my room kitchen area was nearby the bed not very convenient - but apparently that's only in some rooms.

It's a great place. Nice and spatious. As Brussels is quite expensive when it comes to hotel accomodation, this is a better option than average three star hotel rooms downtown, that are mostly much smaller.

Great Location, just next to Grand Place. This is the best hotel we stayed for this trip in Europe. Room is big and equipped with cooking facilities.

Location, size of rooms, security, storage space, facilities provided, issues raised were addressed promptly.

Bathroom lights not working (were fixed promptly), TV not working (was replaced promptly), not enough pillows.

Location was excellent.

1. Got to the room at 7 P.M. We were told that if we were to arrive late, we could call a number for 24 hour service. Called to request additional pillows - there were only 2 pillows for the 2 of us. Person who answered the phone said she couldn't bring us pillows b/c she's in a hotel across town. 2. Step in the bedroom. Black slate floor with deep step. Impossible to see at night. Unsafe to say the least. 3. Towels - the thinnest towels I've seen since gym class. 4. Cleanliness - the room had a film on surfaces such as light switches, tea kettle. Put a towel on the floor outside the shower to prevent slipping (as one would a bath mat). After showering, I picked it up to hang it dry & it was black from the dirt on the slate. 5. The countertop was ripped up - i.e., the surface was ripped off in some places. 6. Bed was not comfortable. Thin mattress, could feel the interior.

Location is excellent, could not get closer to the sites that Brussels offers. Modern, spacious and very clean.

It is located in a very loud neighborhood, bars below and police across the street. The laundry did not work, washer failed to operate.

The location was perfect

The two room apartment picture miss leads the customer since its not two rooms its one bedroom apartment but the built mini floor up in the ceiling of the living room and allocated a bed there.

The hotel was in a perfect location, just on the Grand Place. The apartment was very spacious and well equibbed.

Excellent location, steps from the Grand Place. Ample accomodations. I recommend a great restaurant nearby: Boule d'Or. The ones in the street that stems out of the Grand Place are mostly tourist traps, beware. Rafael

The room was spacious, quiet.

The bathroom was in a bit of a state. The flushing was terrible. All the taps were not working properly. It took half an hour for the water to dissapear from the bath, with a lot of noise.

Location excellent. Good English speaking receptionist who was very helpful. Apartment very warm and cosy.

The location of the apartment was excellent, the layout and amenities inside were good and everything that was provided.Plenty of space and secure.

The living area was very uncomfortable, the furniture provided was very small and uncomfortable. If there had been a better sofa we would say 100% for our visit.

Just around the corner from Grand Place, the location was excellent. Staff were lovely and the lady on reception couldn't have been more helpful. Rooms were a good size, warm and quiet even though we were in a street fronting studio.

Nothing major but quite poor finishings to the apartments and the 'living' area would be great if it had a couch rather than dining table and chairs.

I was allowed to check in early due to travel illness on way back from kenya. manager made arrangements with maid for early check in. thank you very much for this kindness for ill traveler. recovered quickly in this great, comfortable setting.
