Room was clean, located fairly well no sink in bathroom or room had to use shower to wash hands, access to kitchen was locked up like everything else, the B&B seemed like a halfway house and didnt feel particularly secure while there |

Good location. Placed on 6th floor where wifi extremely poor, no lifts, had to carry luggage to top floor, reception staff utterly clueless when asked about anything and sets a very bad first impression. Bathroom not so great after 6 people had been through it. |

They were helpful and friendly. The hotel was convenient to get around Brussels, and it was in a safe location. We took our kids and the room was spacious. There was no air conditioning and no breeze. It was quite hot. We did try opening the window, but then you have to contend with the city noise. |

I really do not recommend this hotel as the rooms and all the other facilities are not as they are described on the web. The room are not entirely renovated and they are not modern and well-maintained. I was really disappointed. The biggest disappointment was the behaviour of the staff. They are really shameless. |

The price was cheap. It was close to the main touristical monuments. It is more like a YMCA than a real BB. There was no lift and I was at the 6th floor. |

the price, close to the train station In the evening I needed to wait 1.5 hours to go to the bathroom (it was occupied for a long time). The floor in the bath was wet and the bathroom was dirty. The neighbors were quite noisy and the receptionists were absent in the evening and morning, so I couldn't ask how is it better to go to the airport. |

The only good thing that the hotel staff was kind. This hotel was like a hostel and something for example the curtens were very dirty,there were no wc or shower in the room.The only shower and wc were on the corridor and it was very uncomfortable and dirty. |

If you want to find a place just for sleeping and do not expect too many facilities - then this is a right hotel for you - at reasonable price. That was my case and in for that concrete case I would recommend this hotel. On the other hand - if you want something more - I recommend you to find another hotel - paying of course (much) more money than at this one. I must also underline that all information about the available or not provided facilities are included on the hotel web pages so you can take a concious decision what you prefer and want to book. |

It was walking distance to the main town. If it is to be called a B&B then that implies that the bed and the breakfast are included in the price, however this is not the case, and they should either change the name, or include breakfast. |
