we liked the walk into town along the canal each day and the easy parking for the car for the whole of our 5-day stay. Rita was great to chat although you often do not see her.
Some gentle traffic noise on street so have to get used to that. It is a side street but also a bus route - which is useful if you do not want to walk!!
The Owner Rita was very friendly and prepared with a map of the City and tips about the town. The room was very clean, comfy and even though our window faced the street, it was very quite. Wifi connection was fast and stable. The breakfast was the best we have ever had and filled us for long day sightseeing. Highly recommendable!
Large room and a good breakfast and only a short walk into Bruges itself
a bit gloomy making it hard to read a book! Just needed a few brighter light bulbs
Accommodation ,and all other facilities were fine and good value for money. The owner was friendly and welcoming
We are elderly, and found the place very difficult to find (2 full laps of the ring road around Brugge!) and the free parking "nearby" was for us anything but!! proving most inconvenient.I could not therefore recommend to our friends, who like us are elderly
B&B Leonardo is a good place to stay if you want to see Bruges. Its interior is vintage. The room is quite big and equipped with a little kettle, coffee mashine, a toaster. Bathroom has both bathtub and a shower cabin. The hostess is doing her best, and sets up a nice little breakfast in the morning (even we were late for breakfast, but she waited for us to come down.) Location is almost perfect to walk to the centre of Bruges, so you can enjoy the Belgium beers without thinking about it too much.
The area is a blue parking zone (2 hours only), so better to find a parking spot a little further not to get a ticket.
It was our first time in Brugge and we absolutely loved our staying there. Our hotel was comfortable, clean, and the best part was big breakfast and friendly staff!!!
We absolutely loved our stay at Leonardo ! It's 10 minutes walk from the city center, bus station is 5 meters from the house. The owner Rita is super nice and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic.
Rita, the owner, is very warm and welcoming. The fact that breakfast is served in your room is an extra plus. Good value for money.
The '20's atmosphere was cool and simple. Breakfast was great.
The bath was good for one person at a time.
