Situé près de Ieper et Koksijde: histoire, plage, shopping, gastronomie. L'hotel est charmant et cosy. Le propriétaire est une personne agréable et soucieuse de satisfaire ses hôtes.

A priori ce "Bed and breakfast", situé dans une ferme vraisemblablement bien rénovée, dans un cadre bucolique avec quelques animaux qui se baladent à proximité, pourrait être un endroit idéal pour passer quelques jours pas très loin des côtes belges... Malheureusement le lieu ne nous a pas été présenté, les clefs nous ont été remises rapidement sans aucune information sur quoi que ce soit, pas de visite des parties communes, ni d'invitation à y accéder, pas de précision sur le petit-déjeuner... L'endroit est vraiment trop isolé et nous n'étions pas rassurées. Nous logions dans la chambre située dans la petite maison à côté de la maison principale qui est restée vide jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Il n'y avait qu'une seule chaîne de télévision en français (après tout pourquoi pas, nous étions en Flandres !) et pas de WIFI... Bref, ce "Bed and breakfast" se révèle être un lieu hostile qu'on souhaite quitter au plus vite.

Mooie locatie Mooi gebouw Proper Te hoge prijs: 120€ voor een simpele kamer zonder ontbijt is belachelijk veel Enorm stijle trap naar kamer WC staat gewoon in de kamer

Prachtige b&b in oude hoeve. Grote tuin met ligzetels en alle comfort. Mooi sanitair. Zeer goede uitvalsbasis voor autoritten en fietstochten. Veel leuke en goede Horeca in de buurt. Vriendelijke en correcte gastheer. Geen slechte punten, misschien konden de bedden beter.

Deze booking was één van de meest slechte beslissingen (achteraf bekeken) wat betreft onze vakantieverblijven. Het kan niet zijn dat men op vakantie, wat toch bedoeld is om uit te rusten, om 05:00 uur 's morgens wordt gewekt door het herhaaldelijk dierlijk lawaai van een haan. Hierdoor konden wij de slaap niet meer vatten en bijgevolg waren wij vermoeider van ons kort vakantieverblijf teruggekeerd. Wat de hygiëne betreft was het ook een teleurstelling. De kamer had een muffe geur en tevens stonden de haarproducten van vermoedelijk de vorige bezoekers nog in de douche. Wat toch niet wijst op een grondig onderhoud. Wat het sociaal contact en het onthaal betreft was dit ook een dikke 0 op 10. Onze kamersleutel werd gewoon onder de deurmat gelegd. Hebben geen verdere uitleg gekregen over de faciliteiten, als die er al zijn? Bij het vertrek hadden wij geen idee aan wie wij de sleutel moesten overhandigen of waar te leggen. Wat de prijs betreft vinden wij deze fel overdreven voor wat men krijgt. Voor een prijs van 120€ per nacht zonder ontbijt. Hiervoor moet men nog eens 15€ per persoon per dag neerleggen en dit voor een primitief ontbijt. Als men dan bedenkt dat men op een nationale televisiezender ziet dat men een B&B kan boeken voor de prijs van 120€ voor een luxesuite met jacuzzi en ontbijt inbegrepen. Dan denk ik dat de prijs van B&B de Meidoorn ruim over haar waarde zit. Ik meen dat de uitbaters snel en op een gemakkelijk wijze rijk willen worden. Algemeen kunnen wij stellen dat deze B&B absoluut geen hoogvlieger is. In de buurt hebben wij meerdere B&B's opgemerkt. Hoop dat deze beter zijn, maar denk dat dit wel het geval zal zijn.

Das Hotel ist unglaublich schön eingerichtet...jedes Detail stimmte einfach! Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und kompetent! Ein luxuriöser Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof.

Dit b&b heeft hele mooie nette kamers; prachtig opgeknapt en ingericht. Het ligt in een lieflijk dorpje (waar verder niets te beleven is). Kust is ongeveer een kwartier rijden. Ontbijt was eenvoudig maar goed. Zitplaatsen in ontbijtruimte waren minder comfortabel. De haan die ons uit onze slaap hield van 6u tot 7u; erg vervelend dat we op ons weekendje weg niet konden uitslapen!
