Friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms that were quiet considering the area you are staying. Enjoyable place and I did enjoy the local cuisine.

Fair to say its not the best district in Brussels, but not threatening either.

Not a lot. Hotel very basic, pleasant staff, but locallity worrying. OK if you arrive late on foot and leave early. Quiet it was not due to drunks and street arguments from 01.20 to 05.55. Worst experience for many many years.

14 bites from something. Locallity made me nervous. Bras/Restaurants not for the Western European. Local bars a No No.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful spacious and clean room. Nice breakfast. Free wi-fi, drinks, shuttle service to the airport. I will come back to stay in this hotel for sure!

In need of extensive refurbishment. Smelly, dark dank breakfast room. Dirty windows. Room and mattress smelt very strongly of smoke and so did I after sleeping there!

Breakfast lacked variety and any drinks without caffeine, but the main real problem was the fact that it is a noisy location with the main road and railway right there. Has the overall feel of a hotel that was probably quite nice 40 years ago but hasn't ever been renovated.

The location of the hotel only because it is near the train station, the breakfast was good, staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The hotel is not in the best district of the city. But if someone is careful, it's ok.

Location (150 m from the Midi station with nearly all types of interconnection), WiFi friendly, polite and serving receptionists, renevated bathroom, cheap, fair breakfast

Good decoration inside the room which definitely needs renovation! It should have been great a few years ago (wooden furniture!) but now in my specific room in the 5th floor all doors were creaking, the front door could not close properly and even be locked(!), the door of the bathroom was blocked by another furniture and could not close, the windows were not providing sound isolation and one could hear the trains from the opposite station all the time, sound isolation among the rooms was quite poor (thin walls) and one can hear nearly anything, whenever guests were moving on the corridor the floor was "vibrating". Towels should be better cleaned, as stains were more than obvious (IMPORTANT to be fixed)!! Breakfast may seem poor for some people (in reality I really enjoyed its variety and had no problem!).

The room is nice and the breakfast was good for what I had paid.

Water was leaking in the shower. Wifi signal is weak in the room.
