Excellent staff, incredibly good! I stayed there three times and recommend it to everyone. The free shuttle to/from the Airport is very convenient. |

I had a fantastic time and experience in the Balladins hotel. The staff are polite, helpfull and friendly. The hotel is exactly 5 minutes from the Airport and they have free shuttle services that is very handy and works very well. This hotel looks like a brand new and the cleanliness is excellent. One of the roads close to the hotel is closed. If you want to drive to this hotel, ring then first to get the better router as my GPS drove me to the through the closed street. |

It was quiet 1. The hotel declares it is located 0,8 km from the Charleroi Bruxelles Sud airport - do not think you can reach it on foot :) The transfer takes around 10-15 min, and if you arrive after 12pm, forget about the transfer. The taxi costs eur 20. You might be lucky enough and if you call several times the hotel, they might send to you after 45 min waiting some taxi for a special price only eur 7! ))) This is what happened to me twice - first on 5 Nov and then on 12 Nov (I booked this hotel, unfortunately, on both ways of my trip). 2. The rooms are cold - only when you enter the room and put the card into electricity controller, the heater switches on - now you have to wait around 1 - 1,5 h before it gets warm in the room. |

Cleanliness of the room, well apointed bathroom, very good beds and bedding and free shuttle service to and from the airport They only serve a buffet breakfast for Euros 10, they should have an option for a continental breakfast too if a guest just want to have a cup of coffee and a pastry or breadroll |

Very convenient for access to/from Charleroi airport, good location close to the airport and free shuttle service on request. Excellent facilities for a short stay or trip, very good buffet breakfast, and friendly staff. Highly recommended. |

The hotel is very close to the airport. The staff is kind and helpful, rooms are quiet. The address of the hotel is difficult to be reached by private car even with a GPS navigator. The area where the hotel is located is still developping and presently rather desolate. |

The hotel is located 5 minutes by car from the airport. On Google map it looks as if one could reach it walking, but there is no pedestrian direct way. There is however a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back, which needs to be booked one day in advance, otherwise the hotel sends a taxi for 7 euros, if you contact them when already at the airport. |

The staff are all very friendly. Enjoyed the free shuttle to/from Charleroi Airport. Very clean. Quiet as well, despite the proximity to the airport. A small fridge in the room would be welcomed. |

It was convenient to airport, service is good, but traffic to get to the hotel is horrible, the whole day their hotel staffs had been busy receiving phone calls how they should drive to the hotel (incl . us), it took us 1.5 hours only to try to find where the hotel is whereby we were already in Charleroi. But it is not the hotel 's fault , I think the city government should make sure the construction work won't affect the hotel business. The mayor is not capable, should be fired. nothing in particular, it was good and convenient. |

clean & modern Although the hotel is situated next to the airport, it is at least a 30 minute walk to the terminal, thankfully there is a shuttle service. Also considering that the hotel is Internationa, next to an International airport, it was disapointing to find that only one staff member on duty was able to speak Englishl |

The staff were excellent - very friendly welcoming & helpful We had to wait an hour for the shuttle bus to get back to the hotel (to pick up our car which we had parked at the hotel). We called a taxi which the hotel recommended and which did not turn up. Only a problem if you are in a hurry! |

They allowed us to have a business meeting in the corner of the dining room. It sounded like it was across the street from the airport. Physically it was, yet it took 15 car ride to get there. |

Friendly people, 5 minutes by car from the airport, relatively good breakfast. Plastic WC and shower containers are a little bit odd... you get what you pay. Airport taxi drivers are not really happy to drive there(short drive, small money) and you have to call the hotel for a shuttle. |
