The room was very confortable and the hotel was a good position in the town for sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and its a very nice looking hotel. The room was a little small and the beds a bit too soft. Although not a problem to access the hotel there was no night porter or access to the check in desk when arriving late. |

The initial appearance of the room was lovely. The reception was unstaffed between 8pm til the morning. On the night we stayed, there were guests who were extremely noisy and disruptive and there was no-one to deal with it (they ignored the appeals of those in the neighbouring rooms). The problem was exacerbated by the appallingly poor sound proofing - I don't think anyone in the hotel got any sleep! |

Great location, rooms look nice and fresh all white, nice breakfast, beds sleep great Rooms are small but ok. Really didn't like the small carpets on floor. Looked a bit cheap and it did not match with the nice design of the room |

Great hotel with nice design in the lobby/cafe area, and the rooms. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast baskets every morning. Very hot with no air-conditioning. Fine with leaving windows open but then got bitten by mosquitoes. |

Very nice staff. Great location - but hard to find. Nice "happy hour". The "Rooftop Terrace" does not exist!? Rooms are budget-IKEA style. TV had bad reception. We had to sleepp with the window open due to the heat and lack of A/C - and it was a Friday night, so we could hear the night life deep into the night/morning. |

A stylish hotel with free wi-fi and free drinks and nibbles early evening. No food or drink after 8pm, but bars and restaurants are close by. |

I liked the free drinks in the reception, I also liked the clenliness and bright atmoshere. The staff were very freindly and helpfull. The idea of the reception closing at 8.30 pm is a little strange. Also the one t.v that they had in the reception was never on and then removed from the reception alltogether. Also the shower and toilet being behind a glass wall not really my cup of tea im afraid. |

Great location for Design & Arts oriented travellers, Staff very helpful and friendly, fantastic cafe/bar area to come back at any time of day or night to relax (and enjoy complementary drinks & tapas after 4pm), Comfortable beds - not too hard or soft, generous pillows, Nice breakfast plate of mixed healthy food, 5-10mins walk to great shopping, restaurants & bars. Front desk closes at 8pm, The full length mirror is only 4 inches wide!, minimal design throughout spoilt by poor attention to detail such as cheap persian mats in the lift and in some rooms, A bit hard to get fresh air in the room without opening the windows which allows reasonably annoying street noise in. No on-site carparking, feature concrete floors in some rooms can be cold in winter. |
