The location was good and the hotel is nicely designed.

Certain staff members had an unfriendly attitude and the cleaning service was poor. There was one guy, who seemed to be the owner, who didnt have a good attitude. Other staff, mostly young people, were in fact nice and helpful. Our room was not wel cleaned during our stay. Be aware: this is a limited service hotel with almost no amenities. After 8pm the hotel is closed and you can only enter the hotel via the night entrance to go straight up to your room. If you like luxury and pampering, this is not a hotel for you. If you just need a room to sleep that looks nice, but most of your time you'll be out in town, this hotel is fine.

The room did not have a bathroom and the fireplace was broken. This was a bit disappointing.

The position

Breakfast is too expensive: they don't give you a choise, they bring you the food they want. No space in the bathroom, and only 2 little soaps for 2 days. No cleaning room for 2 days 130e per night: bad quality/price ratio.

The girls at the reception were very friendly. It was nice to have a separate night entrance. The glass of cava was a nice gesture. The recptiona dn restuarant downstairs wetre clean and looked very good. Ok for a city trip.

The man at the reception was not friendly: not even a smile. The room was dusty and the bathroom was small and did not have a rain shower. The open fire has a damaged and dirty box around it. The room was not noise free. We chose the hotel for our honeymoon and would not recommend it for that to anyone.

De sfeer in de lounge is heel relaxed en heeft een goed uitstraling.

De kamers zijn met hun betonnen plafond en vloer wel heel erg sober. (armoedig). Ook heel gehorig,Reseveer zowiezo een kamer aan de achterkant!

Would have like not to have to call to check in after a certain time - also the room was cold and therefore not very welcoming

They serve free snacks and drinks everyday from 16h to 20h, this is great service and nice that you can relax in the hotel for a bit between shopping and going for dinner.

Excellent hotel, perfect location close to shops. We liked the modern stylish design. One thing that I did not see in any other hotel is the free coffee/tea all day long and free drinks and snacks from 4pm to 8 pm. We enjoyed the drinks in the launge, it was cosy and very pleasant, perfect timing between the day in the city and the dinner. Will recommend this hotel to anyone.

I simply loved the comfortable beds with luxurious duvets. I also liked the free drinks and tapas in the bar. Wonderful!!
