Location The room we stayed in was the smallest we ever had, and toilet, separated from bath was practicaly 2 feet from the bed, with a low partition glass door. There were larger rooms, but for much bigger rate. |

I can say that this hotel is very minimalist. The floor and the roof has not been painted or carpeted. Which is okay since it was clean though. The thing that I like most was the bed and the pilows. They were very comfortable. I think this hotel was trying to prioritize the most important points like comfort. This hotel is for young and hip people. The service was also great. This hotel is not good for older people |

Location in city centre, comfortable beds, balconies are nice (sun in afternoon) Bathroom with glass wall is nice idea, however does not offer that much privacy. Room keys do indeed give problems. |

The hotel was perfectly situated in the city centre, the staff was great and the rooms were nice and white! Great breakfast and comfortable beds. |

very comfortable bed; excellent location, right in centre of old town - much nicer than cheaper hotels near the Central Station; nice breakfast (although you have no choice - it is brought to you - there is plenty of it and it's very tasty); the design aspect, especially of communal area (cafe/bar area) - very chic, trendy, style. no information in the rooms at all: nothing about how to get room service, etc. The bare concrete ceilings are a bit clinical-looking; the wooden floors look nice but if you have a room above you the noise of people walking around in outdoor shoes is annoying: take ear-plugs. |

A great and interesting hotel. If you are an Uber hipster than you'll love it and not feel uncomfortable being stared at with inadequacy during breakfast. |

The room, the ambiance, how the hotel is situated. The fact that you have to pay in advance is somehow not sympathetic. Furthermore my colleague got sick and was treated very rudely (obviously it was too much of an effort to bring him some dry bread). Also after sending an e-mail with a complaint, no reaction whatsoever. |

The room was large (but we did stay in one of their larger rooms) and extremely well designed and clean. It could be classified as a designer boutique hotel. Very comfortable and very stylish. The reception staff wasn't overly friendly and did not seem to be the most professional |

Modern and trendy looking place in a great location for a 3star hotel price. All things considered i am slightly surprised at its 4 star rating. The quality of the furniture and bathroom is certainly 4 star, but the size of the room is between formule 1 and a 2 star room and the cement floor and ceiling makes you think that your room will still have a visit from the decorators on Monday...... The difference between what my wife thinks a 4 star hotel is and Banks is a bit too big.... the concrete ceiling and the small size of the room were the biggest issues. I can see that many people will not like the breakfast platter served...it is prepared for you, it is an excellent breakfast, served in an attractive manner but you do not choose anything... |
