市内の観光スポットに近く、ロケーションは最高。　The location of the hotel is very good. All the touristic points are in the walking distance and there are many restaurants and cafes around there.

外の騒音（車の音）と蚊が大量にいた為、寝れなかった。ロケーションもスタッフも悪くなかったので、非常に- 残念。　　We couldn't sleep because of the noise from the street in the night & a lot of mosquitos. (We are bited so many places by mosquitos....) Since the location and staff services are good, it was a pity... they should change the windows to avoid the noises, and also should check why there are so many mosquitos in the room.

The location was good and the hotel is nicely designed.

Certain staff members had an unfriendly attitude and the cleaning service was poor. There was one guy, who seemed to be the owner, who didnt have a good attitude. Other staff, mostly young people, were in fact nice and helpful. Our room was not wel cleaned during our stay. Be aware: this is a limited service hotel with almost no amenities. After 8pm the hotel is closed and you can only enter the hotel via the night entrance to go straight up to your room. If you like luxury and pampering, this is not a hotel for you. If you just need a room to sleep that looks nice, but most of your time you'll be out in town, this hotel is fine.

No painting on the roof and nothing on the floor. No view, we did pay for it, but were looking on an other building. Toilet next to the shower. Very small television. Payed to much in stead of what you get back.

Hmm.. 100 euros for such a small room is the only weak point I can think of but, obviously, the 100 euros also cover the welcome drink, bar area, location, etc etc so cannot complain much

we had a nice suite with a gas fireplace..which was very romantic and cosy..

although the staff was very friendly & helpful, we had to wait too long at the desk for different matters..

We have stayed at Bank's many times. The location is great, the rooms and public areas are stylish, and the staff is very helpful. The happy hour every evening (plus coffee/tea available all day) is an added plus.

Very slow elevator.

De ligging en service was perfect. Ook het ontbijt was top.

Aangezien er doordeweeks veel zakenmensen zitten hoorden we om 6 uur de eerste kamerdeuren dichtklappen. Als je lekker weg bent en uit wil slapen is dit minder maar wel logisch.

The location was perfect for shopping. The value of the hotel was excellent. The happy hour was quite nice.

The rooms were a bit small for two persons with luggage. The elevator did not work when we came home late and there was no one on duty.
