We were given 2 bedrooms, which had used to be basements. They looked like a mine, practically no air. We booked them, hoping to have a lift there, but we had to use steps up and down the lift. We traveled with my 70-year-old mom, and I asked for a ventilator for her(to rent for my money for one night only), but they refused to give it, saying, it wasn't their, though they had. My mom couldnt sleep in room 13, it was too stuffy, but they refused to give us some other rooms.Room 13 is not for living, it stinks there, and we heard a mouse. The porter wasn't polite to me and said I wanted too much. I advise everybody to disagree to live in room 13. In room 23 we touched the dozator(in our bathroom) and it broke, and it was stuffy, too..There were always drunk people outside this hotel. When I asked for a big taxi to the airport, the porter said: I'll try, but I'm not sure". THough in 5 other hotels(in Belgium) the porters booked a taxi for us without any problem and quickly, thanks.
The convenient location to the center, close to the metro. 4-bedroom room was much better than 2 bedrooms we were given during our second stay.
