The location was close enough to the tourist area with an excellent Metro link. Pascal was a great host
The apartment is starting to feel worn, but it is still great value for the money and everything works.
Pascal, the host is a friendly and helpful person. He offers us a relaxing and pleasant stay at his house. A beautiful building with tasteful interior designs.
Pascal is very service minded and knowledgeable. We enjoyed his very nice breakfast - the bread in particular. Very close to the metro.
Kind of spooky neighborhood.
Everything was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again.
the room was clean and Internet worked very well
1) relying on information provided by owner, I got a parking ticket and into an unpleasant argument with neighbor. Owner was aware of neighbor, yet he withheld this information; neighbor called the police and I got a parking ticket; I parked being assured by owner that it was OK. Owner was dismissive of my double cost of parking ticket and administrative fe charged by rental company...I was very disturbed by this situation and am considering putting a stop payment of my credit card
All perfect! The manager is very attentive. The place is very comfortable. The location is very good too.
Pascal was very friendly and helpful with everything, certainly made our trip to Brussels that much more memorable. Place was easy to find.
We loved the charm of the place--like living in an antique with modern conveniences. Our room was very lovely and spacious. Pasqual was a wonderful, personable, and helpful host. The nearby restaurants he recommended were a real treat. Breakfasts were fresh breads and spreads which were delicious. We walked easily to the main downtown plaza as well as to the metro or the train, only a block and a half away. We would stay there again.
We liked it all.
Very friendly and helpful host. Nicely decorated. Cosy atmosphere. Fridge well-stocked with Belgian beers at very reasonable prices.
Bit out of centre.
really nice appartment perfect location
Pascal was very accommodating! What a great place to stay! He gave great directions, ordered us a taxi for the morning, and was very kind. I was traveling with my parents and 3 young children. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here! Thanks Pascal!
The room was very nice with all the conditions and comfort. The breakfast was lsimple but very nice. Pascal, the owner, was extremely available to help and provide everything we need to make our stay even better.
The surroundings/neighborhood could be better. The noise isolation is weak.
The apartment is tastefully renovated and in very good order. Plenty of space. Charming building.
the owner is very nice. the price is good
location is not easy to find. but not suitable for business trip.
The owner was there to greet me, showed me the apartment, explained the area to me and then let me get on with it. The apartment was great value. Definitely go back again and preferable over a hotel.
Pascal, the owner, was very helpful with recommendations of what to do in Brussels. We were particularly happy with a couple of restaurants he recommended. The room was comfortable and everything was great.
Not a thing. All was great.
kitchen and living atmosphere is perfect! 非常好的家庭房，是个阁楼，厨房和装修都特别给力。调料里竟然还有酱油！
everything is excellent! except for they did not provide enough toilet tissue, but i did not ask, they will certainly have more if i ask, for the staff is very nice and helpful!
Pascal was an excellent host. I liked the friendly non interfering environment. Enjoyed the stay.
We took a duplex apartment for 5 people. We really liked the decoration of the place, very comfortable and clean. Free Wifi and ktchen facilities were very appreciated.
- There was no proper door separating the bathroom/toilet from the big bedroom, that was a bit annoying. - There is a bad smell in the upper room due to humidity.
Very good location close to the city center and two metro stations. Pascal is a very helpful host who strives to meet guest needs.
The building was rather old and the room loses points on the details (broken tile on front of bathtub, bathroom door does not close properly, not perfectly clean, curtains yellow and do not function properly). Breakfast was mediocre (no warm items, limited selection).
Personal service at this B&B is exceptional. Pascal is charming, easy-going and very helpful. Easy access by metro to historical center of Brussels. The building is older, solid and very charming. We highly recommend this B&B and would absolutely return.
We stayed for one night at the colonel room which is on the 3rd floor. The room was comfortable. Good size. Newly renovated. The location was good but you have to walk 20min to the city square. From Brugge station we took a metro to Simmonis station. From there the B&B is 5 min walk. Pascal was a very good host. He helped us with our luggage, gave us tips on looking around Brussels and a photocopy of the map. Breakfast was good, bread, cereal, yougurt, cheese, coffee, milk etc. Overall everything was good.
We could not find any news channels on the TV.
Honestly I did not expect that much as I just wanted to have a room which is good located for a business trip. But when I arrived (at 10 am) and came into the room it was much better than on the pictures. I had no time to try the breakfast but as everything was nearly perfect and Pascal was really nice I suppose that the breakfast will be perfect as well. But you should not take the car, Brussels' traffic is really a mess.
the staff is really so so so nice
Pascal was a great host. Always ready to help. Very good breakfasts with local breads, cold meats and jams.
