Well decorated very funny space, perfect to spend the night if you come on a business trip.
Impossible to park the car near the hotel. The places are for all residents. I got a fine in 10 minutes.
This is a gem of a place to stay with easy access to the old town, and lively shopping scene on its doorstep. Calm and relaxed interior which feels like home, especially because of the lack of reception and sense of freedom to roam.
I was travelling alone, but would still have welcomed a double-sized duvet on the bed instead of two single duvets.
Reasonable location (not very central but with convenient connections), clean and pleasantly styled room (not without being slightly worn out but conveying positive overall impression)
Breakfasts were not too generous
The bedroom and the bathroom of the grey room were fantastic. The breakfast was nice and contributed to the cozy atmosphere. Location is fine although not excellent.
We had the bad luck that the building was undergoing some renovations. The owners should inform about the visitors about this and provide a discount. Is not nice to be awake at 08:30hs by somebody hitting your walls with a hammer!
The beds were big and comfortable, and the room is very clean. The house owner makes the bed and cleans the bathroom everyday. The apartment is 30 minutes walking from the centre, and has a train and bus stop 3 minutes walking from there.
The breakfast was poor. The owner said there would be chocolate, yogurt, juice, milk, but it is not like that. Of five days that we had breakfast there, two had milk, two had juice, and two had yogurt. There was a lot of coca cola normal and diet, what makes no sense. So we had to buy somethings to "complete" the breakfast.
Location, price, service
wifi was not always working properly
A size of the room and bathroom.
Breakfest- not suficient, dark room with no fresh bread, just jam and butter and some fruits, no nice lady with a fresh baquete. Room had a weak door, which doesnt make you feel safe. Whole house is too dark. Communication with the owner si taft, i never get an anwear for my request. I would never chose this accomodation again.
Clean and well organized.
Noise of tram and no guest reception.
it's a guest house and you feel you are in someone's home. it's cosy and well decorated. the breakfast is very good and it's very nice to have always available drinks, coffee and tea, toasts... The wif functions perfectly.
The noise from the street, especially the tram passing by. The heating was not working correctly. the tea pot should be replaced, it's old and rusty.
Cozy place with a great big bathroom with a bathtub. Breakfast from 7 am, possibility to make tea and use the kitchen in the evening. Fresh bread in the morning brought by a nice lady.
The noise of the tram. No reception.
Great value for money. Lovely furnished house with a good style. Rich breakfast. Good location.
The wifi did not work. It was impossible to reach the owners. Apart from this I recommend this place and am happy to return.
Very cute and cosy place to stay, a tiny old Flamish house. Good location and generous offer for free refreshment. The land lady and her assistant were very kind and caring. I'll go back if I'll be in Brussels again.
It's a bit hard to find it as you should follow the number of the houses closely. The easiest way to find it that it's on the opposite site of Four Seasons hotel.
Nice atmosphere, Nice personel
The red room is too red. (+No bathtub)
-Economical -Open access to fridge on main floor -Neat and clean
No staff on duty to resolve little problems like TV problems, questions about transport, etc. Also, it's weird to be in a room with no door to the toilet. It's just there. Last, we were on 3rd floor a top of winding stair - no lift.
Nice clean room, completely red in a bordel - like design.
This place is very hard to find. If you don't read the instructions on the confirmation letter carefully, you risk not to enter the BB (once you find the address). Some signs that this is a sort of a hotel would be more than appropriatte.
Very small, cozy, private hotel with all the essentials. Good for any traveller and even for a couple just wishing to get away. Really friendly and helpful staff. It is perfectly located 3 minutes away from the tram station.
No shower head.
In-house lady very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
The Be & Be is n a side street next to the trams and a busy shop. I soon found out quickly that the trams stopped at 1am and started at 5am. The noise was horrendous and the room shook. I left after two days and even slept in the bathroom on the 2nd night. I went to a hotel across the road and my new room (431) faced onto the Be & Be. The noise was more subdued as they had proper double glazing. Upon speaking to the proprietor, she refused to believe my about the noise levels and would not let me speak and her continual shouting anoyed me very much. She refused to offer me any compensation for the 8 nights I stayed yet I noticed my room was quickly occupied. When I advised the feedback would not be in her favour, she laughed at me and said "so what, I will contradict it and no-one will believe you." Even though I was £1,000 out of pocket, sleep is very important as I was to stay there 10 nights on a business trip.
