A lot of space, a nice balcony, quiet environment, many restaurants around, in front of a metro and minimarket. I'm not very found of black and white as dominant colors in interior decoration.

The B-Aparthotel Grand Place is perfectly situated in the touristic center of Brussels with all the little shops, near to the central trainstation. There is no staff, everything is automated, so a lot of time is saved at the check-in and the check-out. I took an one-bedroom appartment which is very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and at a very interesting price. Everything u can need, is present: refrigerator, microwave, cooker, dvd-player, there is a plasma-tv in the bedroom as well in the livingroom, but in the livingroom u have access to a lot of foreigh channels: arabic, spanish etc... It's apparantly a non-smoking hotel so at the arrival we found a message saying that being caught on smoking in the room would cost 250€, I found it a bit exagerated so offering some smokingrooms would be interesting. The internetconnection costs 9,95€ for 1 day, would have been nice if it was included. There was an option for taking breakfast at the other side of the street except in the weekend and on holidays, but it wasn't very clear ( poster hanging in the elevator, no more information).

Perfect location, no noise from the streets. Supermarket nearby and right in the middle of Grand Place (small shops/Manneken Pis etc.) and Nieuwmarkt (big shops, Starbucks etc.) - I recommend this to everyone, also - the code system (instead of reception) worked well.

Nice location, near Grand Place, supermarket, and restaurant. You can cook by yourself if you feel tired to try expensive tourist district food. WIFI is NOT free, and it is expensive, 10 Euro per day!

First, I reserved one parking place through email but I was not informed about the hotel parking information until I arrived the hotel lobby. When I read the hotel parking instruction, I've already took a long time to find a parking place nearby (the hotel is loacated in the old city part of Brussel with complicated traffic condidtion, and due to the fact that there are no reception, can easily imagine how lost we felt at that time as a first-time visitor to the city and the country) . I didn't want to walk out the hotel again after a long drive and therefore tried to called the hotel to cancel the booking. Sure, no body answer the phone, again! The next Monday was the banking holiday, not only did I still fail to reach anybody from the hotel, but also received no room service as well! Ridiculously, I received my invoice and I was charged for 2 days of parking. I argued that I didn't use my room card to enter the garge(as indicated in the letter from hotel), which meant I din't park at all and shoulde be charged and I tried to call and cancel as well, but nobody answer the phone. But the hotel replid 3-4 days later, after I resent my reply, saying that they've got an emergency number. For God's sake, I really didn't assume cancelling car parking reservatin was an emergency. Plus, it was not the high season of Brussel and there were few guest in the hotel during my stay, how could my no show cost any lose for the hotel? I replied again clarified that this was totally unacceptable, however, it has been a week and no reply yet!! The hotel should be ashamed of not indicating the necessary information beforehand and not serving the guests well, but no me who should pay for this!!

Very nice room with excellent facilities As it is apartments there is no reception and you have to use a key code to enter the main door and access the safe. The code I was given was wrong and I was left stranded for 2 hours. Extremely annoying. I wouldn't stay again for this reason. There was also another couple who had the same problem.

The location was very good right at the city center, however, the best part was the cleanliness, the comfortability, the apartment design, and the general details that made us to feel like home. Excellent apartment, definitely I recommended as the best ever place to stay for leisure and business. Excellent!!!!!!

To stay at B-Aparthotels you have to place your trust in the emails that you receive and be confident that the security codes you are being provided with will work.... And they do. I have to confess to being a bit anxious with the lack of a reception but having gone through the process I thought it made a pleasant change. Meaning, the fact that you did not have to stand at a counter while a hotel reception person tapped away on a computer and then allocated you a room that you may or may not like was great. The lack of someone to meet or greet you was not a problem and this isn't always a fantastic experience anyway. There is ample information supplied to guests prior to arrival and once you are in your room there is a large folder with everything you need to know about the room, hotel and city. I rented a one bedroom apartment and was really surprised to see how lovely and well decorated the apartment was when I arrived. The open plan living area had a good size desk and chair, a kitchenette (no oven) with everything you could need (except for plain black tea - there was only green tea supplied) and a comfortable sofa and a large flat screen TV with a wide range of television chanels to choose from in m any languages. The bedroom and bathroom were fantastic. The bed was comfortable and there was another flat screen on the wall of the bedroom. The bathroom was spacious with nice towels, bathroom products and good heating. I just loved this place. The lack of guidelines or criteria regarding what constituted phoning someone from the hotel "after hours". I arrived on a public holiday and the phone in the room did not work (and never did for the duration of my stay) and the internet code I was supplied with also didn't work. I was not sure if I should call anyone so waited 18 hours before I could phone during "office hours". But, once I called my internet problems were sorted out swiftly.

Room facility was good and stay was quite confirtable There should be a reception at least for few hours. I wanted to pay my trip by Cash. But I was asked to go to other B-Aparthotel for that matter. It wasn't possible for me and I had to spend lot of money on my Credit card. Or at least Bank transfer facility should be available.

Location just off Grand Place is fantastic and very close to Metro and Gare Centraal. The size of the apartment and facilities were excellent. Lots of restaurants, bars, shops and tourish sigths only minutes away. One small gripe - wifi should really be provided free of charge. Most hotels don't charge and some cities even have free wifi (E.G. Clermont-Ferrand).
