Great fully-equipped, modern studio-appartment in a great location, just 5-minutes away from De Brouckere metro stop. Perhaps just a little more attention to the cleaning in general; for example, a new sponge in the kitchen sink after each occupancy would be more hygienic. Internet pricey. No heating in the bathroom. |

The hotel was well located, our room was clean and comfortable and it was value-for-money. The English (BBC) channel was not tuned-in and, despite us reporting it twice, it was not remidied before we checked out. |

I enjoyed the apartment, it had splendid views and was central - close to some very good restaurants Difficulty of getting taxis to collect from the front door |

The apartment has been recently opened. Still feels new. Very nice place. Was originally given a second story apartment with a view to an inner courtyard...asked for another room with a view and was given a 6th floor (top) apartment (corner) with a fantastic view of the Grand Plaz. THis made the place overall fantastic. Very well situated, close to the Central Station (5 min walk) and the Gran Plaz (5 min walk). |

Very comfortable bed. Fabulous roomy bathroom - full size bath and separate huge shower,heated towel rail. Decent size living room with proper furniture.Enough plates and saucepans etc in the kitchen area.Good decor throughout. No instructions about how to use the speakerphone entry system for friends coming to visit us. We also had to explain to several people trying to get back in when there was no-one on reception. Reception closing at 5pm is rather early and no-one on duty all over a week-end! |

Modern Design and access to the city I requested a room with a terrace, but was not given one. For the cost of the room per night I would expect to have a terrace and the room I requested. I chose to stay at the hotel & pay extra to receive the bigger room overlooking the Grand Platz as I have before. The toilet seat was broken and no coffee available in the room. |

Location, spaciousness, privacy, price. Cooking facilities make it a home from home when on business (or holiday!). Lack of reception staff & implications for security at night a concern; no extractor in kitchen. Otherwise a great choice & will certainly stay there again now that I've figured out how to get in! |

The amount of space, great bathroom with bath, comfortable bed, iron and hairdryer. The breakfast was not worth 10 euro and didn't arrive one day. There must be a nicer way of presenting this so it isn't like an airline meal. No milk in the facilities for making tea/ coffee. |

Modern, large, clean and comfortable flat. Our room was provided with shower-room, bathroom, 2 king-size bedrooms, 3 flat screens, wide living room with cooking corner, studio and dining table in addition to a big sofa and two armchairs. Incredible value for money, considering the location in the heart of the city (less than 5 mins by walk needed to reach the amazing Grand Place). Car parks larger and cheaper than that of the Hotel are located very close to it (Ecuyer and Monnaie). |

Our apartment was very spacious, very clean and the chamber maid was lovely. Very hard to find - please provide directions from the train stations.Very hard to get in - reception was unmanned when we got there, and we didn't have an access code. Only one tea towel - not enough for 3 days! And less paper notices all over the room - there must have been 10 different notices - I had to keep rescuing them from my toddler. After I booked, I saw that use of a cot is 10euro per night. Not sure if they actually charge this, but it's a bit steep if they do. |

It's location. Perfect for the festival that was going on while we were there. Parking, the cost at the hotel was double compared to the public parking garages, but it would be nice if there was a drop off location. Also, the breakfast was not worth 10 euro. It was okay, but not worth the money. |

Modern, clean, and central location. Parking is 25 Euros a day! The entrance to the parking garage was always blocked by piles of trash from neighboring businesses. Had to physically remove the trash before entering or leaving garage. |
