Rooms were good size and the location was good. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the tiling looked like this probably wasnt the first time it happened. The complimentary tea/coffee was missing from the room.

Location!!! It was ideally placed in the centre of everything so close to grand place, restaurants, shopping etc.. I loved the ease of staying in an aparthotel no one to bother you, come and go with no fuss not having to make small talk with hotel staff I was with my husband, and another couple were in another apartment so felt like we were actually free to do what we wanted and was fantastic to be able to pick up some groceries and have breakfast our way in our room it was very relaxing.

Great accomodation, big rooms, clean. Location in the centre of centre. Really really big confusion witht he keys. Couldn't come in. After a call I got the entrance code, waited for 20 minutes to meet someone, I left the luggage in the room, after returning, again I couldn't come to the room, had to call again international, finally got the instructions to get into the room, there was no luggage. Another int. Phonecall, get the info, where the luggage is, finally settled up after about an hour. Inbetween I have helped another couple with the same problem. I had at least 10 euros of extra cost. After the complain, I have proposed to the hottel not to charge me the internet (I haven't use it for 24 hours but just for 30 minutes), but the hotel offerd me free breakfast for the next visit. Very dissapointed, so be careful!

Very comfortable bed, clean and tidy. Renovated well in the older part of the city. Close to the main Grand Place (old part of the city). All in walking distance. Apartment is a bit tricky to get into with regard to access from the street, but once you know how its easy. Good security, lots of great places to eat and drink close by. Lots to do in the area. Be aware though, there are a lot of street type cafes selling seafood meals and makes the streets smell a bit. Wi-fi is available but a bit expensive for 10Euro per day. Hard to find anywhere open for breakfast before 10:30am each day.

Location, Location, Location! Best part of the stay was that it was so close to where we wante to spend our weekend. Overall, the room was very nice! Finding the hotel was a pain! We actually walked by it a few times. Only cuz you don't look for an acutal 'hotel' but a green sign that has a B on it. Getting into the hotel was nother pain, they change the code for security purposes, understandable. Although, we were to get a code in our email and didn't. Getting the key, we had to call the reception number to figure that out. Since there is no desk to check in. We went with friends and they actually had a better room overall then ours, due to amenities and view, outside our room we had a wall.

Location was excellent. Room very clean and great size. Also quiet. Couldn't figure out how the shower worked and no instructions available. There was a separate shower attachment on the bath, so that was ok. There should also have been a bbc station available, bu there wasn't - it may be that a previous guest had messed around with the settings. Also, although provided with a direct phone number to my room that could be used to receive calls, people who tried to ring me couldn't get through. No creamer with the TV/Coffee maker. Niggly complaints to an otherwise good experience!

The hotel staff was great. Booking the hotel and getting answers before getting there was easy and quick. The room was great for the rate. It is in the center of Brussels and everything is in walking distance. When reading the reviews I was worried about there being no reception, when I got there there was staff that were very friendly. It was an amazing trip. The only thing that was wrong with the room was the toilet seat was not screwed in and the lid would not stay on. But it really didnt put a damper on my trip at all. Also, I was told that there is no available parking for less that 25 euro, which was the hotels personal parking. We found a parking garage in the Center for 14 euro for 24 hours.

Lovely comfortable and clean apartment in an excellent location. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops, with transport options close by. Apartment was very well equipped and would definately stay again. Only disappointment was laundry room in the basement. Didn't feel very safe using this facility and laundry had only 2 small wash machines and 1 dryer and laundry was not very clean or well kept compared to the actual apartments.

The lightning inside the room is O.K. This hotel has NO staff, no reception, so inpersonnal, no direct access by car to drop off your bags, impossible busy street nearby to park for 2 minutes. The room was icy cold. The hotel did not send a map of the car park. I did not use the car park, but they invoiced EUR.25 Therefore the price of this hotel is far too high, and I would never go back there. This is the worst place I have been to in the last 5 years.

Room is spacious, well arranged. Nicely equipped kitchen with dish washer. Ideal for travelers want to stay for more than several days. I was not provided with the codes when I booked through bookings.com Only one pincode was provided but totally unuseful when I needed to enter the door and to get the key. It caused me much trouble as there was no any staff around (totally automated check-in). The helpline was not available for at least 1hr. Luckily there was a nice guest helped me with her code to get my check-in documents, otherwise I would have stayed in the lobby I guess... REMEMBER TO ASK THEM FOR THE CODES ( MAIN ENTRY AND CHECK-IN BOX) BEFORE YOU GO THERE!
