Modern design and very hip hotel. Large room with superb bathroom and free WiFi, which in this day and age really is a must for a 4* or 5* hotel. The staff in the restaurant and bar were very friendly. The room was hot, not just in the decoration sense but more importantly in the temperature sense. Even with the air conditioning on full and the thermostat on the lowest setting the room was stifling overnight, even in the early autumn. The next night we tried opening all the windows (which turns off the air conditioning) to little avail, the room did not cool down. The corridors outside the room were a far more pleasant temperature. The cleaning staff ignored the Do Not Disturb sign late in the morning and entered our room not once, but twice. There was no dedicated concierge service which we would have expected in a 5* hotel. |

Very spacious, stylish, well-designed, well-appointed room. Free wireless. In-house restaurant and good room service menu. The location was a bit odd, not very close to much of interest, but walking distance the the centre of the city. |

We had a large comfortable room where everything worked. Any requests were promptly attended to. Excellent buffet breakfast The hotel is located in a grotty area. It is so close to the Midi station that taxis don't want to take you there, yet it is too far to walk with luggage. Most of the rooms face a narrow courtyard. Not convenient for tourists. |

The staff were friendly & helpful. The courtsey bus was a good addition (ask about a pick-up from the train station when you book). Modern style & larger than normal rooms were excellent, the bed & pillows magic. Close to southern train station & comfortable walking distance to town centre. We were warned the area after dark may be unsafe, but we had no issues during our stay. Would stay... |

The modern design and hip style. Shuttle service back to train station is a plus (pick-up service should be offered as well when booking is made). Staff could be more friendly. |

The unique design and attention to detail was very impressive. The taxi service to gare midi was complimentary. the bar was very relaxing. it was in a bit of a grotty area. The cocktails were a little expensive at the bar but brussel is generally expensive anyway.. |

The design and feel of the decor in both room and reception area. Breakfast was simple and tasty. All very funky but not outlandish! Corridors to room a bit dark, wouldn't wnat to find room after a few beers! |
